On tap. Pours a cloudy and almost opaque amber with a small creamy white head leaving a discreet lacework. Distinct coconutty Sorachi Ace in the nose. Medium-bodied, fairly sweet fruit and a little caramel. Heavy on the tropical fruit accents. Discreet bitterness. Excellent - especially for a Sorachi Ace lover like me! 041111

Bottled (thanks papsoe!). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, herbal, floral and mild bready malts. Flavour is mild toffee, some grass, mild floral notes as well as some slight acidic notes. Good single hop from Mikkeller, though Sorachi Ace is one of my least favourite hops...
