3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Hazy amber with a large off-white head. Bright grapefruit aroma with peach, white grapes, some pine and light caramel. Taste has caramel sweetness and some peach with - again - bright citrus flavours cutting through. Resinous bitter finish. Plainish but crisp and refreshing. Not that interesting a hop, but meshes well with the base. Thought I’d get tired of these quickly but they continue to be interesting.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, at Patricks. A lightly unclear beer, golden-orange in color and with a finger-thick off-white head. The aroma is citrusy and malty, almost oxidised but most likely crystal malt. Dried apricots, citrus peel and some resins. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness and else the same elements found in the aroma. Medium to full body with pleasant carbonation. Bitter finish with nice sweetness. Overall, a quite nice one, although a bit on the malty side. 120715

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled. Nice amber colored beer with a firm crown. The aroma has a large amount of caramell and at least for me a hint of orange resins. The taste has some caramell and hop but also some pine. Soft and nice is the aftertaste on this one.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at Ørsted, Copenhagen
Parallel with Single Hop Apollo
Cloudy amber color, with generous compact head. The aroma shows some caramel, some puke, very light bitter orange. The caramel flavor is quite good, the hop provides some piney resins. But overall this is far from being spectacular, just a powerful caramelly and hoppy brew.

Bottle enjoyed at Amundsen
Copper hazy, big beige head. Smells of citrus, pine and some malts. Medium sweet, some citrus in the taste. Medium bitter finish, i find citrus, zests and some grass. Not the most exiting from the single hop series i must say

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy dark orange with a sticky beige head. Rather dampened aroma of mostly caramell. Flavor is better with fruity hops, caramell on the border of raisins and some yeast. Ends bitter and dry with citrus notes and caramell.
