Poured into a tulip glass. Deep amber color with three fingers of head. Excessive and overflowing head. Smells like overripe grapefruit and lemon... a little honeycomb. A muted smell overall, no sharp or dominant smells. A good bitter taste, solid at first and then gives a little to the malt, but finishes strong. Lasting bitterness. Medium body, low to moderate carbonation. I like the idea of Mikkeller’s single hop beers to showcase each hop variety. Points for that. This particular one had a poor appearance but the rest was good. The Warrior has a great taste by itself, which makes this an enjoying drink.

Old bottle from 2012. Clean deep red pour. Sweet citrus smell. Very bitter. Considerably dank. Some toast and coffee. Clean bitter finish. This one sticks around if you want to wait. Though it’s likely better fresh.

0,33 bottle ordered from Csakajosor. Poured into an IPA glass. Very nice head with extremely good retention, Scent of citrus, especially grapefruitpeel. Malty sweetness hides in the background Taste of melon and citrus fruits with dominant hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. I liked this brew i would highly recommend it to a friend.

Színe és habja a szokásos. Illata kevésbé intenzív, viszont finom gyümölcsös és nyoma sincs gyantának. Íze a belga apátságiakra hajaz, de markánsabb, ipás keserűvel. Icipici gyantát azért érezni, de nem zavaró. Friss, virágos, gyümölcsös aromák. Utóíze markáns, hosszan tartó keserű, némi gyümölcsösséggel.

backlog. Orange amber, aroma is very tropical, pineapple, passionfruit with slight pine notes. Long bitter finish, one of the better Mikkeller single hop IPA´s.

Bottle at DvaDve. Clear orange colour. Resiny citrusy zesty with orange notes. Resemblant of Amarillo to me. Seriously okay hops. I like the overall balance of the beer as well. Moderate caramel backbone behind the high bitterness.

33cl bottle at home from Beerodalom, Budapest. Body is hazy orange copper, head is very big, tan, rocky, fully lasting, good lacing. Nose is citric, candyfloss, flavor is grapefruit, spices, vanilla, honey, biscuit, tropical fruits. Medium sweet, medium hoppy bitter. Finish is long lasting hoppy heavy bitter, light salty acidic. Medium body, dry texture, average carbonation. Quite easy, quite refreshing, great hoppy IPA.
