Bottled. Deep brownish coppery colour, close to black, with a mediumsized brown head. Aroma is ripe fruits, some liquorice, mild spices and some roasted and fruity notes. Flavour is roasted malts, liquorice, fruity and some mild chocolate and toffeeish notes.

Bottle. Sensoric. Deep black with big, beige head. Good lacing and medicore head retention. Nice roasted malts aroma - some coffe, dark fruits, mild coffee, some rasins. Also light to medium citric hoppy aroma. Taste is medium bitter, slightly sour with bitter ending. Medium body, creamy/oily texture, average carbonation, finish is medium bitter and semi-long. Slightly alcohol warming. In general very nice black IPA, the perfect balance between roasted malts and used hops, highly drinkable.

From the very old notes, hence this is not a real rating, but more just a mark to myself that I have tried this at one point. Nice hoppy and roasty brew.

Pours black with a moderate beige head. Lighr roasted malt, hoppy aroma. Flavor is moderate to heavy bitter with notes of roasted malt, hops, fruits, plums. Long bitter aftertaste.

0.33 bottle from Hops beer shop, Trieste. Dark brown with orange tint and creamy medium to big beige head. Tropical hoppy character, maybe some dry fruits. Heavy bitter kick, lasts till the finish. Very bitter beer, hoppiness dominates as if it were an IPA, not an IBLA. Maybe needs some roasty character, but I like this kind of beer.

Draft @ Kufle and Kapsule. Dark, grayish foam. Good BIPA nose - deep roast malt and good hops. Sticky, nice body. A touch sweet, good balance of heavy malt, and resiny hop. Nice beer, if not a standout.

33cl bottle at home from Only Good Beer, Budapest. Body is nearly black, head is medium, brownish, rocky, mostly lasting, good lacing. Nose is slightly roasty, citric, flavor is chocolate, dried fruits, roasted malt, mild coffee, raisin, tropical fruits, light licorice. Light sweet, heavy roasty bitter. Finish is long lasting roasty heavy bitter, later rather hoppy bitter. Full body, dry texture, average carbonation. Quite easy tasty dessert beer, great one.

Bottle from Brewers Haven. Nice blend of black IPA , Belgian strong and a hint of sour. Not quite a black pour, dark brown with soft beige head. Aroma leans towards the sour, taste follows with more hops kicking in. Pushing boundaries all the way around.
