Serving Type: 750ml bottle to a Perennial snifter. Appearance: A hazy, amber, orange color. It has a thin, fizzy head to it, that quickly dissipates. Very noticeable lacing. Aroma: Sour, grainy, earthy. Taste: A light sour taste, with a long finish though. The sour on the finish really stays with you. There is a light to mild sweetness with this. Palate: Very crisp, with a fizzy carbonation. Thin in general, with an abrupt finish. An interesting contrast between the taste, and the mouthfeel. Overall: For what this cost, I would be hesitant to purchase it again. Is it a decent beer, yes. Are there better beers in this style for that cost, yes. Overall though, I am glad to of shared this one. It is an interesting take on a lambic.

750 ml. bottle sampled thanks to kraddel! Dark orange / amber with an off-white head. Oxidation is big on the nose (this is probably what? 2011 Vintage?), cellar, low sourness, fruit is there but it is hidden in the background. Taste is sour moldy, dust, cellar, oxidation, oxidation is too big, there is litchi here but it is in the background, tad citrus, low funk. This is just too old in my opinion, which is a shame, I feel like this would have been great fresh or at least good. RB lists this one as lambiek style beer which feels inaccurate for me, lambiek style beer shouldn’t exhibit this much oxidation at this point usually. It isn’t as bad as I make it sound but notes are a bit too clear for me.

Pours unclear amberblonde, small white head. Smell is sour, funky, fruity. Taste is sour. Dry. Weird fruityness ( lychee ) bit oxidized. Ok

Bottle shared thanks to Kraddel. Very hazy dull amber with barely any head. Aroma of tart light fruits, light basement funk, lychee showing up. Flavour is moderate sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

75 cl bottle @ home. Pours hazy amber with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour are lychee, flowers, and brett - with a tart finish.

Old rating. Slightly disappointed. Not a bad sour, but nothing special. Lots of citrus, funk, tart, and some oak. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, medium off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate, good lacing. Aroma is Brett forward, basement, fruity. Flavor is dry, light tat, fruity in an unusual way - lychee I guess, oak, very light funk. Medium body, high carbonation. Interesting.

Thanks to Sarlacc83 for bringing this to the bottle share - probably a bit too much age on this one, but you never know what will happen. Pours hazy golden orange with an off-white head. The aroma has veggies, much, maltiness, overripe peaches and some sourness that is not the normal type of sourness you’d expect from a sour beer. It has a medium body with a bit of light carbonation. The flavor starts with mush malt, veggies, soured caramel and celery. The finish is a weird malt and sour mix. Can’t all be winners.

Bottle sent by agold. Thanks! Pity this one...was not good. A: Cloudy amber, thick white head. N: Lychee, vegetal nature - particularly spoiled tomatoes, gaprefruit, some wood. T: Lightly sour, more spoiled veggies. M: Light body, carbonation is prickly. O: Absolutely horrible. It gets little better when paired with a salty cheese, and I don’t know if this was just a bad bottle, but gross.

750ml bottle. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized head. Funky, fruity, citrus, and wood. Nice funky tart/sour finish.
