4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottled. An unclear red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of sour cherries and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with strong notes of sour cherries, phenol, acetone, and lacto as well as some notes of wood and caramel, leading to a very tart cherry and acetone finish. Nice one. Thanks yespr for sharing.
