4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
250ml pink waxed bottle.
It pours a rosy pink with orangeish golden hues at the edge with a fizzy/foamy white head that quickly fizzles away. It has some pretty big carbonation bubbles.
It smells super acidic. The cherry is there, and that is about it. Clean and simple.
It is pretty tart but not extremely sour. It has a nice cherry flavor and a nice lemon citrus. It has some sweetness too.
"Looks like brandy, tastes like a Warhead." ----

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours brownish as it comes out of the small bottle. Once in the glass it is a brilliant red with a slight brown tinge. I had to force a head to form by pouring straight. It didn’t stick around and was quite the lackluster performer. But in this style of beer I don’t expect much carbonation to help out. Slight vinegar. Quite a sour nose. There is hints of fruit in there as well, but the acetic aroma overpowers it. Much like a sour beer should be, but not a lambic. Very pungent. Slight nail polish remover aroma as well.
Tart, acidic and much like drinking red wine vinegar. A little, albeit faint, hint of sweetness.
Pucker-inducing. This is by far the most soured beer I have had to date. Very thin, no carbonation unless forcibly stirred up - and then it’s really not carbonation to begin with. A slight, slight sweetness on the back of this, but you won’t remember it after a bit.
I find it very palatable. But then again, I love the sour beers. The pungent, acetic-ness is a little off-putting, but it is good for the beer that this is supposed to be A SOUR ALE. And it is much like a Rodenbach Grand Cru.

sour aroma, sour cherries, some nailpolish, after a while in the glass, even more nailpolish.
very acid and sour flavor, burning , cherries, notes of tart cherries, pretty extreme, somehow nice even though it is pretty acid and wth lots of nailpolish notes. Too extremely nailpolish-sour for me.

Little nip bottle. Hazy red/orange color. Boozy modeling glue, or rubber cement, notes in the aroma. Slight tartness present, too. Sweet cherry flavor with a super tart, acidic, finish. I never ate paste, or particularly rubber cement, when I was growing up but I imagine this is similar to how it tastes. As this warms it starts to develop a large boozy burn in the finish to go along with a large acidic sourness. Interesting, and big beer, that just doesn’t come together for me. Thanks Ty!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
25cl bottle. Holdbar til: 1/5/2020, so I’m guessing this one is about exactly one year old. A gentile pour yields a thick, hazed dark copper beer with some reddish/pink hues when held up to the light. Big acetone aroma at first (nail polish remover and rubber cement). That tones down and a Laffy Taffy sweetness develops. Some tart cherry. Smells all of 9% for sure. Flavor is fairly caustic with lots of harsh acetone. The amount of alcohol seems absolutely unnecessary to me. Tart cherry skin, red grape tannin and red wine vinegar. Not too sour until the finish where there is a good amount of gripping acid that stings the throat. Fairly watery throughout with not a whole lot going on other than the fruit tannin and the acetone. Slick and slightly greasy texture. Low carbonation leading to the aforementioned acidic finish. Oh well... Thanks Mikkel!

A crazy wild beer with lots of sourness the first time I tasted it I was sold. It is an extremely intense little beer which is fine to share.
