Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Murky red color with small pink head. Nice aroma, cassis, lean, not syrupy, light vinegar and light raspberries. The mouthfeel is dry, the acidity is moderate; it has a mild flavor of red berries, but also some astringency that is a bit disturbing (hard tannins, together with some bitterness), very little funkiness, and almost no traits in common with a Lambic (if that was the target).
Pleasant but not exciting.

Draft at ChurchKey. Pours a rich red plum colored pour, small head. Nose and flavor bring some good dark fruit character, tart currant, light vinous notes, bits of wood. Definitely some balsamic and red wine vinegar acetic aspects in there as well. Nice, but nothing outrageous.

Tap (Pudel, Tallinn)
Lovely blackcurrant aroma, but not ribena-ey at all, fortunately. Dark pinky red in this light (artificial, outdoors at nighttime), tiny head, messy spotty lacing. Thinnish, but very sharp, in the palate, carbonation high. Sourness a bit brusque, berry tartness compounds that. But that tangy biting lambic pucker is most welcome. Was so expecting to like this I got a whole pint, as all others in the series have been great. But I felt a bit disappointed. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, but it’s not selling itself to me well enought.

Bottled. Pours deep red with a huge pale pink head. Aroma of brett, barnyard and blac currant. Dry, acitric flavor that ends up tart. Light to medium bodied, watery texture and soft carb. A nice and crisp lambic.

Bottiglia 37,5cl @ Irish ùpub. Colore rosato, schiuma fine piuttosto persistente. Acida, amarognola per via dei frutti utilizzati. Niente male!
