Im not the biggest fan of cranberries, but I thought i would give this brew a try. Pours out a bright amber with ruby highlights and a thick offwhite head that dies slowly. A big tart nose with a mild acetic note and some slight hoppy fruit notes. The middle has a bit of an acetic quality with the tartness and sour cranberry notes on the finish. overall, I just don’t like the tartness, but its a pretty good lambic.

Sour sweet taste. Subtle hints of cranberry. Medium body, with a lingering long aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bright clear amber with a pink hue showing through, the crown 5" tall with a soft pink color. Big sour funk, soft soap, rose water can all be smelt. Taste is sharp and intense with the cranberry coming through. Aroma is insane nobody who smells this should want to drink it....But my mouth is watering. The after taste lingers and is a perfect match for fresh cranberries. So very funky, so very pungent. The flavor is full of blackness I know what the means I don’t care if you don’t. I’m getting use to this style more now but is still not my favorite.

375 ml bottle. Pours a dirty pink or amber colour with a nice off white 2 finger head. Sour aroma of cranberries, fruity hops and yeast. Incredibly powerfull carbonation in mouthfeel, giving it a quite dry finish. Taste has cranberry sourness and bitterness, making it taste really natural. The lambic influences are well represented in this beer. Good one..

375ml bottle pours a hazy pale amber color with a 3 finger white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aromas of cranberry and citrus. Taste is cranberry with some malty sweetness and a dry tart bitter finish. Medium body and lively carbonation leave a nice feeling on the palate. Overall, a really nice fully balanced beer.

Bottle @ Dan’s place, Denver. Pours hazy burnt orange with small white head. Aroma is funk, lots of craneberries, sugar, dusty, light spicy, oak. Taste is very sour, tart with loads of craneberry, funk, oak, dusty basement, light sugar, yeasty, light spicyness. Thin body, soft carbonation, very dry sour finish. Very nice beer, well balanced between the fruit and the sourness of the beer. 220212

Bottle @ Dan’s house, courtesy of camons. Thanks René! Cloudy, pinkish orange appearance with a lively, light pink head. Sweet, quite tart cranberry, effervescent, funky aroma. Quite tart, very rich cranberry, very sour, big barnyard, quite funky, oaky flavor with a puckering, berry finish. Fuck yeah.

Pour out of 375 mL bottle is dark red, nice and hazy, big thanks to Renee for the pour. Aroma brings notes of cranberries, hints of funk, basement, touch of vanilla and nice oaky tannic notes. Taste is a nice mix of cranberry and tart lemon, vanilla, and tart oak, hints of biscuit and slight red berry notes, finish very tart but fairly funky. Nice, nice stuff.

375 ml bottle @ Patricks. Almost clear, reddish orange body with a big off- white/pale pinkish head. Aroma of acidic, matured berries and some funkiness. Flavor is acidic, mild fruity and pleasant Brett/funk. Medium body, something with the fruit gives me a feeling of body being more balanced than the redcurrant version, even being more subdue in aroma but the fruit flavor is more integrated. Hope to compare with some others as well. A nice, acidic fruity beer, pleasant but not super complex.

Bottle at borefts 2011. Spontancranberry. Haze orange red tasty if a bit sharp. Wow. That is sharp as hell. Goid though if a touch tart. 3.7 bit of biscuit.
