3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Served cool and poured a clear reddish copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is of yeast, fruit and the sourness is very evident. The flavour is moderately sour and the cranberries are there in the background but doing their best to hide! A decent lambic to be enjoyed in small quantities.

Når inte upp till belgiska nivåer. Inte ens nära, men det är bra. Tranbären är tydliga. Man tröttnar snabbt dock. Dela en flaska på 5 pers är lagom.

Nice lambic - a"true" combo between beer and cider - puts a smile on your face. Made my love for lambics even stronger:)

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle shared by Derek. Thanks! Pours a pinkish red with a pinkish head. Nose is berry forward. Tart and funky, barnyard and hay. Summer day. Lactic acid. On tasting, strongly tart, clean acidity. Big bitterness from the fruit wtih light astringency. Really high carbonation that makes it a bit rougher than expected. Interesting for sure.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml bottle shared by deyholla. Thanks, derek! This offering pours a deeper berry hue, darker haze yet a deep inviting glow from the berry. A frothy off hued head dies to a small film and laces small, well carbonated in the body. Aromas are sour berries, cranberry and lemons mix with gentle straw, horseblanket, lactic elements are firmly entrenched in this one. A touch of oak, mellow dryness, prickly carbonation and brett. Initial is pretty sour, inviting for someone like me. Big lactic and lemony elements, big cranberry elements add sourness to the fold, the berry itself. Thinner and carbonated well, gentle hay, straw, and mellow funk meet oak. Richly displays a good cranberry flavor, firmly sour. I can see this turning others off but I find it pretty damn good

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
3rd September 2011
Cloudy red - amber beer. Big pale tan head. Light sourness on the nose. Light crisp palate, dry. Medium sourness. Lemon and a little cranberry? As so often with these beers the fruit gets buried under the acid sourness. Light crisp finish.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle thanks to Theis! Pours a hazy amber with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice combination of tart cranberries and a nice light funk note. Flavor has strong tart cranberry throughout with a strong acid finish and just a touch of funk.

Bottle. Thanks Derek. Pours bright cranberry, sugar, juicey. Good funk, bit cheesey though. Flavors soapy cranberry tartness, sour finish. Bretty. Better nose on it but a bile linger.
