375ml compact bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Vika. Shared with Elisabeth, Stefan and Finn. Rocky, white head, maybe with a rose-coloured shade. Cloudy, orange-reddish body. Aroma is very dry and acidulous. Sour berries and tart lemon to the taste buds. Basement dry ending, sour and sweet. Not a favorite of mine, however one glass was ok as a palate cleanser (Tromsø, 10.01.2013).

Tasted from the bottle @hone, on 26-05-12. Aroma is full of berries, sour-sweet, raspberries and many others. Taste is quite sour upfront, then a bit tart. The second wave is very refreshing, has lots of berries. Mouthfeel is high carbonated. After a few sips the tartness dominates in taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2015 Bottle at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours cloudy red with a small, pinkish head. Lots of bracing tartness and bitterness. Light metallic bite. Very decent, lasting fruit character. Good overall balance. Well done. (October 2012, score: 3.8)

Bottle shared at chriso’s pre-Christmas tasting 2014 - London. Pours clear pink with a creamy white head. Sweaty berry nose with light funk elements. Very tart, bitingly acidic, with light cereal, some diapers, berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sharply sour on the finish with more tart berries, strong acidity. Damn sharp overall. (December 2014, score: 3.3)

Bottle at home. Has a hazy red colour with a big pinkish head. The aroma is dominated by sour berries, red currants, forest, heather and lime. Pretty sour in the flavour as well with some blood orange, and the ending is dry. Has a soft and sparkly mouthfeel. Feels a bit fresh with a heavy sour taste and could maybe be stored for some years, but is still pretty good.

37.5cl bottle at BD Camden. It pours a bright red colour with a small, dimishing rose head. Aroma is sour and fruity. Loads of berries, wet basement and socks. Taste is sour and fruity, quite clean with not much funkyness. The berry profile though is outstanding. Mouthfeel is light to medium with good carbonation. Overall, super interesting fruit lambic.

375 ml bottle - pours dark pink with reddish hue and a sticky white head. Refreshing aromas of red forest fruits (berries and some strawberry), oak, almond and citrus. Medium body with ligh sweetness kicking in from beginning while sourness takes over slowly as from the middle, ending in a dry finnish. Flavour of fruits coming back. Nice one.

Pours reddish orange. Big soapy head. Lambic aroma, a great sour from first drop to last without killing the palate, very smooth. Very pure cranberry. Masterful. Thanks for sharing, Liam.
