Bottle - Intense berry, deep and not that sweet and jammy. Deep purple with a thin pink head. Tart, Berry, light chalk and some fruity acidity. Lots of blueberry notes, not sweet though.

Fantastik blåbärs färg som en mosad gröt av blåbär. Blåbärssoppa. Blåbärsdoft. Sötsyrliga blåbär med ton av rökig Ekdal i finishen. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

375, capped. Thanks, J! What an awesome treat. Pours an inky purple that’s almost black, throwing a surging bright pink head that fades to nothing within a minute or so. There’s a strong whiff of beautiful fresh blueberry on the fresh pour, but this settles quickly to heavy balsamic, which sticks around for the duration unaccompanied by any more fruit. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Nice blueberry on the first sip or two, but then all balsamic for the rest of the bottle. I don’t see the lacto falling out here, I see it gaining over cellar time, so the fruit we have now is probably all we will get. This is a nice beer made very well, but the ferment character just took over completely and beat back the fruit.

A sour beer with aromas and flavors of citrus and some blueberries. Good bitterness which fills the upper part a weak moment. Had high expectations of this beer but the betrayal me a little. Sur but still good. But not much blueberry taste at all. Okay beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

Pours deep bluish crimson with low purple head - gorgeous! Aroma of almond icing, blueberries, light bretta - surprisingly mellow. Taste is big blueberry tart, very refreshing and crisp. Light and smooth body with average carbonation.

Bottle from Berkeley Bowl West . Pours dark purple with a light purple head and a mild fruit aroma. There is a powder dry sour blueberry flavor with a lingering finish. An unusual and stunningly attractive brew.
