Draught at Mikkeller bar Stockholm. Pours hazy pale yellow. Floral elder aroma. Nice balance between tart and sweet fruitiness. A little dry flour feel.

Bottle from Proof. Tried next to Peach and Mandarin. Hazy orange pour. Aroma is barnyard, lemon, yeast, floral. Tastes are green apple, lemon, funk, earthy, grapefruit. Not really worth the $$. Most interesting of the three though. 7.4

Bottle at Delirium Hoppy Loft, shared with Mathieu87. APPEARANCE: clear blond beer, nice stable white head. NOSE: little sour, grains. TASTE: dry, very dry aftertaste, the elderflower don’t really leave me a nice taste. Hard to describe as well, was hoping to drink something like Mamouche, didn’t happen.

Straw yellow. Nose is pecan and honeysuckle. Very floral and a hint of cucumber and pepper. Lots of honey aroma. Sweet honey and more raspberry that I was expected. Green pepper and onion. Tart explosion. Great mouthfeel.

On tap at The Trappist. Pours blonde with a nice off-white head and a floral aroma. There is a mellow slightly sour fruit flavor with a tiny floral finish. Very delicate.

Halmggul och inte mamouche i doften. Helt ok syra och svag ton av fläder i smaken.

Bottle at home (as elderflower none of this double shit!), from Norreport Estate Wine, Holstebro 08/03/14. Hazed golden orange with a good sized off white covering that dissipates to a swirl and edgework. Nose is floral, light spice, lemon rind, old vase water, light must, funk, stale biscuit. Taste comprises, biscuit crumble, floral, citric zest, vanilla pang, woody tinges. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying finale. Ok offering, I just get this stale biscuit feel overpowering the other flavours!

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Aaron. Thanks man! Pour is slightly hazy orange with a small white head that quickly dissipated. Funky, dusty, sweet tarts, lemon peel, lactic, vanilla, floral, and biscuit in the aroma. Taste is orange juice, dusty, cobwebs, urine, lightly lactic, biscuit, and lemon zest. Slick mouthfeel with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Steve_0’s palace. This probably should be reclassified as a Gueuze. It’s blended and no fruit is offered. Pours a bit hazy golden appearance with a white head. Super fucken cheesy and funky nose. Barnyard, cobweb, very good aroma. A touch sweet, cracker, doughy flavor. Fairly lactic, kind of young. Sort of thick mouth feel. Loved the aroma. Disappointed by the rest.
