Pours thick, unclear dark ruby crimson with a small pinkish white head. Aroma is juicy berry tart, almost cherries. Flavor is decently puckering tart with wild yeast as a backbone.

Bottled. Pours wine red in color with a small pinkish head. Cherries and sweet marzipan in aroma. Slightly sour notes as well. Sour cherries, some light, but very subtle notes of vinegar though. A bit light despite the quite high abv. Tasty nonetheless.

pours hazy medium dark golden, red-pink tint, with a nice very light pink cap, some retention. fresh raspberries, cheese, leathery bretts, lemon, bit of spices - cinnamon, citric and lactic acidity mostly. bright carbonation, light body, dry leafy herbalness and slightly astringent finish. slightly different raspberry lambic and definitely in the brussels league.. much enjoyed!

Clear red with pink smallish head on top. Sweet raspberry scent, some stingy white wine and sour yeast. For like an second there is sweet raspberry and then it goes very sour. Yeast dominates the flavors. Medium bodied with not that much carbonation, but nice to drink. Pretty damn good.

pink color, with small pinkish head. Aroma of yeast, raspberry, basement aromas, wine, earthy. Taste is light to medium sour, a lot of yeast flavor, raspberries as well. Light body, thin to oily texture, lively carbonation. Interesting

Pours a really really deep rosé with a thin white head that fades away fast and leave zero lacing. Aroma of funky brett, red fruits and a little dirty diapers. Taste is of framboises and fruity brett. Body is medium, carbonation is low. Really refreshing and fun. Level of acidity is good and bareable. This isn’t a "by the book framboise" but it is coming quite close I think. Enjoyed it a lot!

Bottle shared by maniac at the Baltimore Late Late Summer Gathering, 9/14/13. Pours a hazy dark purple color with a thin frothy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of dry funky notes, tart berries, musty notes. The taste is tart fruits, tart berries, dry must. Medium bodied. Solid.

375ml bottle. Hazy pink, thin rose head. Huge raspberry hit in the aroma - loads of syrupy sweetness. Some citric and light yeast funk notes too. Tangy and sweet raspberry flavours come in equal measure in the taste, lots of sugary sweetness, lemon juice, yeast funk, spices. Tart raspberry finish with an extra citric bite. Great full-on raspberry experience - lacking a bit of funky depth maybe, but absolutely delicious.

12.7 ounce bottle. Served in a tulip, the beer pours a cloudy reddish/purple color with about an inch and a half light pink head. Head retention and lacing are both good enough. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like tart and sweet (mostly tart) raspberries, oak and funk. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there’s the addition of some lemon and a little bit of grape and vanilla. Lots of tartness in this one! Mouthfeel/body is medium, it’s a bit slick and has a good amount of carbonation. I think it’s a good fruit lambic, I’d like to try this one again.

Bottle. A hazy dark red/amber beer, with a huge, frothy/fizzy, mostly diminishing, off-white to pink head. The aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately yeasty (barnyard, cheese), with a strong notes of raspberry, other notes of raspberry syrup, citric fruits, hint of wood. The flavor is moderately sweet, heavily acidic. Medium body, velvety texture, average carbonation, pretty long finish with light bitterness, lightly alcoholic. Not as complex as some of the best Belgian Lambics and I’m not really sure if it takes advantage of its higher ABV. Amazing strong raspberry aroma and refreshing. Liked it.
