Cyclamen-red beer, with a faint haze, and frothy pale pink foam, slowly disappearing. Fresh raspberry aroma with faint barnyard odours, lemony background; smells very Cantillon-like. Sharp, tart, but not overly sour lemony-fruity flavour. Raspberry is in the finish, backthroat. Bit of dry woodlining. Bit watery, thinnish, but of course very refreshing. Light acidburn. It is a very clean fruitbeer, but compared to the real Pajottenland frambozenlambics, it misses a lot of complexity, which probably explains the thinnish impression.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2012 Bottle at CPK shared with MadMitch, Scopey and Mes. Pours cloudy red with a light, filmy head. Very tart aroma, plenty of sour raspberries. Flavor too is very sour, slightly dirty, with rindy fruit and decent acidity. Medium in body with average to high carbonation. Lip-puckering tart finish, lightly sweet, touches of salt and citrus, as well as berries. Really, really good. (4.1)
At Borefts 2012, Bodegraven. Pours cloudy red with a fine, pink cream head. Very fresh tart raspberry nose. Light to medium sweet flavor with moderate juicy raspberry, some jammy fruit notes, light sourness. Light bodied with average to high carbonation. Cleansing finish with great tart raspberry character, some nice jammy berries. Great stuff. Utterly drinkable. (4.2)
