3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Ørsted, Copenhagen
Cloudy red color, with medium sized pink and compact head. The aroma is deep, old cellar, Bretts, some hazelnut; and a lot of fresh raspberries; very nice; there is a feety trace later. Dry and sour mouthfeel; the fruit is present, but the Lambic noble character less, and there is some wet wood as well; the final is moderately astringent.
Good, not exceptional; I also prefer less alcohol in fruit Lambics.

Aroma tart/sour fruit, mildly musty and a hint of the aging. The flavor is intensely sour/tart fruit, a slightly grainy malt note and a mild sweetness.

Spritzig fruchtiger Beginn. Dies steigert sich noch erheblich, die Fruchtigkeit wird intensiv. Angenehme aber durchaus starke Säure. Gut! 11/11/12/12//12

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A bright red cloudy beer that pours with a large foamy pink head. It has a sour red fruity – raspberry – flavour followed by an extremely tart acidic fruity finish. A very nice beer, slightly let down by its high ABV – it would be just as good if the ABV was lower.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Deep pink pour with a bubbly pink crown.Wow-- nearly no fruit on the nose at all. Lots of cheese (this is probably the stongest "cheese" note I’ve ever smelled in a beer), funk, mushroom, tart vinegar. Fruit is found in the flavour, with earthy tart raspberry playing alondside funk, yoghurt, and vinegar. Finish is leathery dry.
