4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
A bottle at the Green lino, Malmö. Another great fruitlambic in Mikkellers Spontan series. Lots of tart raspberries on the nose. Fruity at first with but with very little suger, instead a tart, dry and bitter drink. Still really drinkable.

Pour dark, hazy murky reddish-brown, with a small slightly pink head. Aroma of rasberries, tart and slight barnyard. Taste is quite sour, with some nice fruityness to it. Medium bodied, with a rather fizzy carbonation. - thanks to Niller for sharing this.

375ml bottle pours a reddish color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is dominated by raspberry with some light malts. Taste is a raspberry tartness with some malty and fruity sweetness. Medium bodied with some good carbonation leaving a nice mouthfeel. Overall, a tart lambic style ale that is quite tasty and worthy of a sampling.

Dark pink-ish, small but firm head, musk amd tart in the aroma
Thick on the tongue but very sour finish. Top stuff but too young at this stage

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a deep pink-hued ruby red body with a small white head. Nose is tart, dry and fresh raspberries, flanked by some rather sweet and sugary fruity tones. Nice. Taste is citrus peel, lemon, fruit salts and sour herbal tones, with the raspberries coming in prominently in the aftertaste. Fresh and lively carbonation, adding to a pleasant mouthfeel in this case. A tart and nice framboos indeed.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
375 ml bottle bought @ Ølbutikken. Pours hazy reddish brown with a big fizzy pinkish white head that quickly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sour and slightly sweet with lots of raspberries, lemon juice, leather, hay, raspberry jam, mandarin oranges in sugar syrup and hints of dusty barnyard and horse-blanket. Taste is very sour, tart and tiny bitter with raspberries, lemon juice, orange peal, wet grass, dusty barnyard and hints of cobweb and leather. Mouthfeel is tart, mouth-puckering, thin to medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Finish is tart with raspberries, hay and lemon juice. Nice, refreshing but in this beer (compared to the others I’ve tried in the spontan-series) I feel more of the distance between this and the fruit lambics of the top Belgian brewers. Perhaps that’s because I’ve never had black currant or cranberry lambics from Cantillon or 3 Fonteinen.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Light, hazy red color with a minimal off-white head that quickly disappears. Very sugary, funky nose, plenty of berry tartness. The taste is quite sour and funky, aggressive berry flavor. Nicely complex, puckering flavors. Light body, very drinkable. Very light carbonation. Overall, tasty.
