4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy dark reddish brown with a fizzy white head. Huge raspberry, grains of paradise, Belgian yeast, and doughy aroma. Thick creamy palate. Sweet raspberry and chocolate taste up front immediately followed by a tart sourness and lemon taste, and ending with light pepper notes and a tart fruity and dry oaky finish. Damn good. Mt favorite Mikkeller spont thus far.

Slightly murky red pour with a pinkish head. Aroma is raspberry, wood, light vinegar, and funk. Taste is the same with heavier acetic character and funk. Nice puckering quality to it. Medium body that finishes dry.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
"Pretty solid. Everything you’d want in a framboise. Full of raspberry aroma and flavor but not really sweet. More than adequately tart and sour with a bit I stinky cheese for good measure. Appearance woulda got a 9 if it wasn’t a gusher."

Bottle from Sixteen Tons Taphouse, Eugene. Pours a cloudy magenta, little to no head. Aroma oaky, lots of fruit, funky. Body has a woody bite, funky. Nice but a little funky for me.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Draft at Snallygaster 2014. Poured a nice red color with aroma of raspberry and funk. Flavor was deeply acetic and sour. Strong raspberry flavor, slightly tannic, very enjoyable and refreshing. As good of a lambic as I have ever tasted. Cheers!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Knightly Spirits in Orlando. Poured into small snifters and shared with Brian and Edgar. Pours a ruby red with a very slight head. No lacing. Aroma is raspberry, red wine, oak barrel, and acetic acids. The taste is hyper sour raspberry, red wine, vinegar, and pear juice. Low to medium carb, tasty sour finish. Really was a very well balanced fruity sour.

Murky plum, tepid with no head. Large balsamic and raspberry nose. Sweet front is raspberry flesh, rough carbonation mid alongside papery bitterness, co2 and light citric acid contrasting moderate sweetness. A slick, full body through the biting finish joins highest acid, more raspberry and light balsamic notes, a sweet cream is overbearing. Rich, desert like, palate supports this, bitterness/arsenic contrasting sweetness to heavily.
