Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Red colour. Nice sour/raspberry aroma. Moderate bitter sour flavor. Some raspberry notes. Average finish. Creamy palate. Nice.

Bottle from the Folsom Whole Foods. Pours a dark hazy ruddy color with a pink tinged transient head. Aroma of freshly crushed raspberries. Med body or nearly. Flavor is very fresh framboise, with a great deal of tartness. Yet it is not funky. The fruit flavor is very, very intense. It finishes dry and tart with a lot of fruit.

Bottled. Murky red coloured. Reddish white dense head. ARoma of raspberries, wood, earth, leather and sterin. Flavour of raspberries, sourness, grape, tart earth some sweetness from the berries and spice. Frickin’ nice flavour. Medium to full bodied. Is tarty and acidic sour in the end. Great.

Bottle. Poured clear reddish brown color with an average frothy tan head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate complex tart sour aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium sour tart flavor with a medium sour finish of moderate duration. Sour refreshing brew.

Bottle… Murky burnt-orange ale with a small, creamy, lightly pink head. Fantastic retention. The bouquet is funky, fruity and sharply acidic. Medium-bodied with a sandy mouthfeel and jovial carbonation. The flavor is both fruity and sour with moderate yeasty/tannic bitterness. Tart, moderately bitter, Champagne-dry finish. Kudos to Plovmand for shipping this rarity my way!
