12 ounce bottle purchased at The Davis Beer Shoppe. The aroma on this is heavily sweet, and fruity with hints of raspberry. There is also a little acetic and lightly lactic funk present, too. Light cheesiness. Very nicely aromatic. The body is a mostly opaque garnet-amber color with a small, light pink head, which is pretty frail. Starts a bit tart, sharp, and acidic, but not overly so. Some raspberries come through in the middle, with more light acidity and sweetness. Finishes with a bit of a wheat-like chewiness present. Nice, fine bubbly carbonation present here. I think this beer came out pretty well, but it just seems to lack the added layers of complexity that the guys in Belgium seem to have. Still a solid beer.

Can. Cloudy red-brown. Aroma of candy raspberry and slight yogurt. Lots of sour raspberry, greasy feel that quickly fades away, tart acid. Round creamy raspberry yogurt. Weak, but long finish of raspberry and yogurt. Not complex, but nice!
