3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a golden yellow with a slight, bubbly white head which soon recedes to a bubbly layering. Aroma is barnyard funk, green apples and weak lemon aromas. Taste is slightly lemon acidic and a smooth tartness of unripened green apples follows. Lively with a fizzy mouthfeel.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Much more murky than other spontan- series beers I’ve had, smells tart and zesty on the nose, with a hint of barnyard. Tart and puckering sourness with prominent fruit sourness and funky as hell. So so freshing, crisp and dry, so easily smashable on a hot day

Solid murky pale brown rather than golden with no head. Creamy tart sweetness. Crisp, swift bitterness and clammy sweetness. Lean fleshy tart. Decent balance of the sweetness that carries through.

Bottle thanks to someone.
Appearance - golden with a tiny amount of lace.
Nose - gooseberry, tangy vinegar.
Taste - more of the same.
Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy but particularly tangy middle section that continues all through the finish.
Overall - a good fruit to use.
