375 mL bottle poured and shared. Thanks for picking this up T! Pours a bright orange color with a thin patch head. Sour fruit and slight yeast aroma. Funky fruit flavor with grape, cherry, apple and mixed berry. Obvious yeast funk presence. Very nice tart flavor throughout. Very well done.

(Draught) cloudy medium orange, fine offwhite bubbles and nice lacing. Nose is more gueuze like than the others in the Spontan sours, seems less influenced by the fruit, oak, earth, toasty wood, complex bugs, stone fruit. Taste is rather unique in the series also, oak, tart stonefruit, apricot and leach, medium dryness and fairly well carbonated.

Pours a golden yellow with a slight, bubbly white head which soon recedes to a bubbly layering. Aroma is barnyard funk, green apples and weak lemon aromas. Taste is slightly lemon acidic and a smooth tartness of unripened green apples follows. Lively with a fizzy mouthfeel.
