Botle from Bierkompass.decons 2012-07-19 Göteborg AR: tart, wet horse blanket, grape fruit, gooseberries, sense of koffein tabletts AP: wee hazy copper body, figh wild frothy and quickly deminishing transparent creme beige head F: tart, wet horse blanket, grape fruit, gooseberries, sense of coffee, it is is a high sour bitterness that is taking a great room, the carbonation is wee and intensive, according to the wife old ashtray in flavor...

375ml bottle. Strong gueuze aroma when I pop the cap. Aroma of coffee grounds covering salty funky gueuze. Notes of barnyard and hay, mold and cheese covered with coffee grounds. A bit acrid. Flavor seems to have all the makings of a good sour. But, it’s all covered in acrid and stalish coffee. This beer just reminds me what could have been. Mikkeller, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me many times, I must be an idiot.

Bottle 375ml.

Light unclear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, dusty coffee, tart, light leather - horse blanket. Flavour is moderate sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a average to long duration. IMO quit weird aroma nad flavor - fun but it do not work for me ;O(. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120613]

Bottled at Christian Firtal. Hazy golden with a small white head. Somewhat intrigueing aroma of grapefruit, barnyard and coffee beans. Slightly tart and fruity flavour with clashing ashy and bitter, cold coffee character. I suppose it had to be tried at one point, but no thanks!

bottle at home ... light amber ,.,thin white head ... sour and coffee nose (as it says on the tin) ... light lemon nose ... tart zezt ...wierd sour ... soft mellow coffee roats linger ...just down right wierd.

In bottle. Pours a dark golden colour with a lacy white head. Aroma of coffee, lemon, light balsamic vinegar and oak. Similar flavours and only mildly sour. Very well rounded with moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Lovely with lingering coffee and balsamic vinegar.

6 July 2012, bottle at cagarvie's legendary tasting. Yellow, clear, no bubbles. Tart nose with faint coffee notes. Thin body and faintly fizzy. Tart up front and coffee in the finish. Bizarre collision between two worlds. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small whit ehead. Has a fruity malty funky and slightly sour coffee aroma. Fruity slightly sour funky coffee flavor. Has a fruity sour tart coffee finish.

Bottle 37 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Light golden cloudy color. Aroma of mild sour brett, citrus, mild leather, hint of coffee. Get the feel of ash like notes as well. Over the palate came brett, citrus/lemon, mild leather and again the feel of ash and barnyard. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and acidic flavor. Lingering light leather and brett finish with a hint of coffee. Interesting mix.

Pouring at The Festival in Worcester. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk, funk on the nose. Coffee, funk, toast and musk. Spicy funk, jalapeno, coffee. Coffee and cocoa. Odd and very neat.
