Interesting but I dont get the coffee really. The pour is beautiful with a huge head and scintilating bubbles. The nose is lightly hopped with floral notes and light acidic sourness with notes of wood, funk and must. Nice complex flavour with a mild sourness. The finish is dry and astringent but nothing much of a gueuze here

Bottle. What can I say about this one? It’s a gueuze with coffee. I’m not sure it totally works, but it’s not bad either. Clear deep golden with a small short lived fluffy white head. Aroma is musty barrel and vegetal coffee with light vanilla notes. Silky full bodied palate. Taste is tart fruit, apricot and cherry, and coffee with some malty caramel notes in the background and a fairly clean coffee and sour fruit flavor on the back end and finally ending with a sharp dryness. It gets points for being interesting.

37.5 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is funk, citrus, vanilla, oak, leather, and brett. Flavour is brett, vanilla, and citrus – with a dry finish.

Bottle shared with friends. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has an interesting combination of coffee and sour notes with a backing dough/barnyard notes. Flavor starts with a sour lambic note with a nice slight funkiness and is joined by a relatively strong coffee note. The combination of lambic and coffee doesn’t really work for me.

Clear golden color with white head. Big barnyard dung, coffee, lemon, dry hay aromas. Light frothy mouthfeel. Pale wheat malt, tart citrus, barnyard dung and piss flavors with sour lemon--good

Bottled, from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Hazy golden, small head. Aroms of lemony citrus, green apples and coffee. Dryish with clean, sharp mouthfeel and light body. Green apples, bitter coffee and metal. Weird, aggressive and unbalanced.
