Bottle 375ml.

Clear medium to dark red color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, pink head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy cheries, cheery, barnyard, light wood. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, cherries, berry, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110315]

Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a pink head. The aroma has notes of cherries and wood as well as a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of cherries, wood, and lemons, leading to a tart finish.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden red with a small and pinkish head. Aroma is dry cherry fruity. Dry almondish cherry flavoured. Slight barnyard touch. Ends lingering cherry and dry.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a neat hazy reddish with a dissipating pink head. Quite some manure and barnyard in the nose with a discreet cherry touch. Medium body, extremely dry cherry notes with barnyard, Brett and quite some tartness. Ends dry and sulphurous. No shit, this is quite a serious Kriek. 200111

Bottled@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Deep red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sweet and sour cherries along with some yeasty and quite earthy notes. Flavour is quite similar. More thin and lacks the samt tartness as the Spontanframboos.

Bottled. Hazy cherry red, small pink head. Aroma of sweet cherries, funky brett and lemons. Dry and slightly tart, medium bodied. Lots of cherry stone bitterness. Nice, but lacks the complexity of the traditional lambics.

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy red coloured with a small pink head. Light acidic aroma of berries with notes of barnyard. Fruity and light acidic flavour of cherrries and cherry stones with notes of barnyard. Tart finish of berries and cherry stones.

Bottle. Pours a dark reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity tart cherry aroma. Fruity sour tart cherry flavor. Has a fruity sour tart cherry finish.

Bottle @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours a lovely red color with a small lasting pink head on top. If Sharon Stone was a liquid this is what she would look like. Nose is brett, cherries, barnyard and very vague marzipan - only pleasant. Refreshing, dry, tart and crisp flavor with lots of fresh cherries, earth and brett. Lack a bit in complexity perhaps, compared to the best Belgium’s, but absolutely authentic and really tasty/well made.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is red. Aroma and taste are sour cherries, wood, lactose acid, leather, malt and hops.
