Bottled@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Deep red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sweet and sour cherries along with some yeasty and quite earthy notes. Flavour is quite similar. More thin and lacks the samt tartness as the Spontanframboos.

Bottle @ Vinens Verden, Odense. Pours a lovely red color with a small lasting pink head on top. If Sharon Stone was a liquid this is what she would look like. Nose is brett, cherries, barnyard and very vague marzipan - only pleasant. Refreshing, dry, tart and crisp flavor with lots of fresh cherries, earth and brett. Lack a bit in complexity perhaps, compared to the best Belgium’s, but absolutely authentic and really tasty/well made.
