Bottle from Proof. Tried next to Peach and Elderflower. Gold pour, little head. Aroma light tart, funk, citrus. Tastes mandarin fruit, floral, cheese, wood. Ok, not worth it for the money though. 7.2

Bottle from Taniguchi. Nice dry nose, leather, light horse blanket, mandarin orange. Clean orange-golden color with lace. Flavor of orange, dust, leather, somewhat sweet malts. Juicy mandain orange in the finish. Sourness is very subdued, making it very drinkable while still refreshing. No diacetyl, thankfully.

Bottle @ Steve_0’s palace. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a white head. Pretty funky, cheesy, lemony / orange fruity aroma. Really tasty, orange citrusy, cheesy / lactic, juicy yet dry flavor. This is one of the better new ones in my opinion.

Bottle at home with friends, courtesy of Aaron. Thanks man! Pour is slightly hazy orange with a small white head that quickly dissipated. Funky, dusty, cobwebs, lemon peel, light urine, biscuit, horse blanket, and grassy aroma. Taste is funky, cobwebs, very dusty, lemony, somewhat salty, woody, grassy, skunky, and floral with a big sour finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Damn decent fruit lambic.

Pour out of 375 mL bottle, slightly hazy orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange peel, slight lemon, hints of slight funk, vanilla, hints of grain. Taste is a mix of orange, grapefruit, lemon, hints of slight acetic notes into a bit of grain, biscuit, bread, slight trashy note, finishing slightly tart, slightly bitter, dry.

What seems like a diacetyl finish murders what could have been a decent sour. But if a pricey buttered popcorn brew sounds good to you...

Bottle (375 ml). Slightly hazy golden/orange with a small white head, low retention and no lacing. Aroma is moslty of mandarins with hints of barnyard and dyacetyl notes. Taste is unfortunately a diacetyl bomb... with mandarins and barnyard hidden behind diacetyl. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dry finish. It’s too bad the the taste is completely ruined by diacetyl, because the other from the Spontan series were good to great and mandarins could fit nicely. Drain pour.
