3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a deep orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma of funk, brett, oak, pineapple and vanilla. Taste is sour, Brett and oak up front with slight peach notes as well as other tropical fruits. I wish there was more of a peach presence.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at BeerTemple. Hazy gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is quite authentic, very funky fruity lambic, nice grassy hay notes, soured grain, peaches. Taste is quite sour, traditional lambic funk, light oaky notes, fruity. Palate is medium-full bodied, medium carbonation, dry but not overly so. Quite authentic tasting, good.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Botte 37,5 cl, BBE 05/2023. Pours unclear golden in color with a minimal white
bubbly head. Ripe peaches, some barnyard and wet cellar notes in aroma.
Funkyness, bit of sulphur and light fruity sour notes in taste. Quite dry. White
grapes with hints of peaches and subtle notes of stable in aftertaste. Gets
better towards the finish; there’s still some stable notes present, but they are
accompanied with some more fruitier peachy tones.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen
Hazy amber color with small compact head. The aroma is very funky, yet delicate, pleasant; it has some feety character, moldy cellar, and very light peach; light puke; a bit chaotic rather than elegant, but there is some interest. The mouthfeel is completely dry; the Bretts character is strong, leaving some space for a cheesy touch that preferably wouldn’t be there; the final is a bit astringent but uncomplicated; there are delicate traces of fruits.
Quite nice. Not very fruity. I would still choose a Drie Fonteinen Gueuze though.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy yellowish colour, white big bubbly dissipating head. Aroma of peach and yeast, quite mild. Fruity flavour, canned peach, peach candy. Bit light, not so much happening here. Short peach finish. Quite big in alcohol for a lambic beer, but not so big in flavour. Not bad though.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
@ SBWF 2013: Möjligt att det börjar bli sena timmar på festivalen nu men jag tycker faktisk att den är för lätt. Ingen riktig smak eller soft. Frisk men inget mer

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a small off-white head. Nose brings out loads of peaches and quite a bit of funk upfront - with ample tartness. Flavour is similar, bringing out authentic lambic funk, atop subtler peach notes, very subtle tartness, and more funk. Not too far off from Fou Foune, really. Very complex and so easily drinkable. Another wonderful addition to the series.
