4/29/15. On tap at The Craft Bar. Hazy orange pour with a very small khaki head, mild lacing. Quite acidic aroma, sour, mild peach, funk. Very sour flavor, mild peach, funky, nice vanilla and oak. Very tasty which is great because I don’t really like peach.

Pours a cloudy orange body with a small white head reducing to a fully covering film. The sour and strong aroma is dominated by vinegar, but there is also an obvious fruitiness, although I’m not able to detect the peaches. The vinegar is also a driving force in the strong flavour as well, along with lemon tart and acidic fruits. Again I don’t recognise the peaches. Moderate sour and acidic taste. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, very dry. Enjoyable!

Bottle at Una, shared with tfredvik. Pours a slightly hazy orange body with a small white head. Nose is citric acid, mineral salts, mild vinegar, peaches, tart berries, hints of apple peel and hay. Taste is sour citric notes, vinegar, mild peaches, apple peel and hints of tart red berries, hay and wine gum. Pretty nice sour, although the peach factor is relatively low.

2013 vintage. Pours an almost reflective gold with no head. Two years in a green bottle has led to some skunking in both the aroma and the flavor. Additional aromas of fusel alcohols, cat pee, and breaded fish. While each would be disgusting on their own, they have a unique synergy to them that - while not, good - makes it smell interesting. And not bad. Peach shows up in the flavor as a fruity sweetness. Sourness is present but restrained. Light body and a lower carbonation than expected. A lemonade like sour sweetness lingers in the finish.

Bottle, 375ml. A lightly hazy golden beer, almost flat. It’s quite low on aroma, mostly on the fruity side. The flavor too is on the fruity side, with some tropical fruityness. Rather funky, with barnyard, leather and citrus. Medium body, very soft carbonation, but with some dusty, cellary feelings. Lasting finish. Could use more peach this one, as there’s not much of it, but it’s sort of easy drinkable anyway. 150314
