Lambiktypischer Murchelgeruch. Üppig, GOSEig, extrem weinlastig und a little bit "käsig". Trocken ist das Gesöff auch. Der angekundigte Pfirsich kaum zu verorten. Solide, nicht mehr. 0,2/45DKK, vom Hahn in der MIKKELLEE BAR Aarhus.

Bottle. Pours is clear golden with very thick white head that last for just a few seconds. Aroma of peach, funk, wet leaves, leather, vinous, very inviting. Taste is light to moderate sour, light astringent/bitter, with hint of peach on tongue. Medium body, lively carbonation, slick to sticky texture. Nice, complex and very refreshing lambic.

Rating #1740 - 2015.06.09 - Bottle from Sugar Bowl. Pours a golden/orange colour. Aroma is peach preserve, earth, soap. Palate is more peachy sweetness, some decent lacto funk - nice tartness - a lovely sour.

From notes. Enjoyed at Doug’s house for the Epic Peach and Apricot debacle of a tasting that happened on July 9. 375 mL bottle. The pour is a golden amber color with a thicker white head that falls down leaving no lace. The aroma is terrible. It’s sweet and heavy in lacto. There is a light peachiness to it, but it’s like spoiled yogurt. It’s terrible. The flavor is much of the same. Way too much lacto, spoiled fruit, medicinal syrup, and an intensely bad flavor. This is awful. It almost induces the gag reflex. The mouth feel is thicker and watery with a soft light carbonation and a lingeringly spoiled yogurt thing happening on the finish. I horked this down because I’m not a quitter, but Jesus H. This blows something fierce.

375ml bottle. Orange gold colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and nose of grain, peach, funk. Taste is fruity, peach, grains, citrus rind, with some barnyard. Foamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tart finish. Nicely drinkable.

Tulip draft. Lightly hazy amber with an average white head and little lacing. Aroma is peaches, both fresh and old, funk, and musty laundry. Taste is rotten stone fruit, peaches, funk, and grapes. Very dry on the finish. Good beer overall.

At the epic peach/apricot sour tasting. Aroma is very funky, barnyard, slight peach, not great. Appearance is golden amber, white head, clear. Taste is funky, peach, medicinal, pungent, bad. Mouthfeel is light to medium body, light carbonation, dry, funky aftertaste. Overall, not good

Bottle sample tasted at BBF Lab Madrid 2016 on the 02/07/2016. Clear orange colour with almost not head. Aroma of peach, tart and moderate sour. Taste is smooth fruit and some candy. Next one please!

375ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange with an average, short lived, white head that laces. Sweet and sour aroma of brettanomyces, peach, wheat malt and oak. Sweet flavour of peach, wheat malt, light funk and oak with a crisp, dry, tart, acidic finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation.
