0.375 l bottle. Hazy orange amber color. Sweet and sour aroma with grapefruit, sulphur, almonds, currant skins and something perfumed. Sharply acidic flavor with grapefruit, citric acid, acetic acid, sulfur and red currant. Sharply acidic, feels like biting a lemon. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a somewhat murky reddish brown with thin off white head. Sublte furity aromas show some acidity and just a touch of wood. Perhaps a little brett earthiness. Flavours show some sweetness from the fruity before a tart dry finish. Lively carbonation. Nice

En fin fin spontanjäst öl med smak av röda bär, röda vinbär, citrus. Mycket syrlig med en bra beska och eftersmak.

Bottle. Amber with a nice white head. Aroma is quite sweet, typical lambic notes come through, musty, touch of honey, little caramel. Similar taste. Little sweet with a punishing sour finish. The red currant is a little lost in this one. Delicious

Bottle wi Ben. Slightly rosy amber with a thin white head. Familiar sour lambic nose. Flavour is superb. Tangy tart redcurrents and bitter lemon. Slightly funky earthy body. Sharp, tart and sour finish. An excellent Lambic.

375ml bottle shared by Rastacouere..

Appearance : Clear pale orange with small head.
Aroma : Slightly acetic with oak. Citrusy tartness. Light sourness.
Taste : Nice tartness with nice fruits. Not so sour. Very lightly acetic but nothing disturbing. Very nice fruity sour finish. Taste better than nose.
Palate : Nice small fluffy bubbles.
Overall : Better than Cassis and Grape but not better than cranberry. Quite good overall. Rather impressed by this since it wasn’t brewed by an experiences lambic brewer. Nice sharp fruits. Maybe not as funky and rustic as older lambic breweries but still very interesting. I’d have this again anytime.

Small offwhite head. Hazy pale red body. Sharp medicinal chemical redcurrant aroma with vinegary barnyard notes. Dry-acidic redcurrant taste with wooden medicinal notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry-sour salty medicinal redcurrant aftertaste with herbal wooden notes. Nice, clear, vivid. (0.375l bottle, Håndverkerstuene, Oslo.)

Bottle. Clear deep orange color with a big and rather stable frothy white head, also some nice lacing. Lovely bretty aroma with barnyard, citrus, berries notes and other fruits. Very sour, mouth-puckering, bretty flavor with lemon, oak and redcurrants. Finish leaves a dry mouth. Medium-bodied. Quite delicious.
