Great lambic, the sour currant and berry flavors along with the brettanomyces funk and the souring bacteria. Extremely dry, carbonated taste that has a mouth puckering sourness after the finish. It also packs a decent punch for a lambic at 7%

Very spritzy, tart nose with a touch of acetic acid, citrus. Palate crisp with a sour snap. Tart with a good hit of lactic acid, a touch of red berry sweetness and a dry finish. Very refreshing, crazy drinkable.

Murky rich orange, no head. Decent vanilla berry creamy sweetness. Rich tartness, more of a kick from the fruit than any of the others. Earthy, crunchy fruit. Finishes long and lean sweetness.

czar (7484) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 9, 2015
pours cloudy dark golden with a very nice off-white head showing good retention and lacing. berries, pink pepper - very peppery in fact, herbal-grassiness, little bit of funk, firmly tart - citric currants/cranberries - relatively linear. bright carbonation, light body; dry citric and bitter grass-peppery finish. just a tad linear probably from the use of the fruit - from its intrinsic qualities that is. but clearly enjoyable with a low yet appreciable level of funk.
