Bottle. Amber with a nice white head. Aroma is quite sweet, typical lambic notes come through, musty, touch of honey, little caramel. Similar taste. Little sweet with a punishing sour finish. The red currant is a little lost in this one. Delicious

375ml bottle shared by Rastacouere..
Appearance : Clear pale orange with small head.
Aroma : Slightly acetic with oak. Citrusy tartness. Light sourness.
Taste : Nice tartness with nice fruits. Not so sour. Very lightly acetic but nothing disturbing. Very nice fruity sour finish. Taste better than nose.
Palate : Nice small fluffy bubbles.
Overall : Better than Cassis and Grape but not better than cranberry. Quite good overall. Rather impressed by this since it wasn’t brewed by an experiences lambic brewer. Nice sharp fruits. Maybe not as funky and rustic as older lambic breweries but still very interesting. I’d have this again anytime.

Pour is amber with nice fluffy white head, big thanks to Renee! Aroma has notes of nice funk with basement, old dust, horseblanket, real nice funkiness with a dry oak note as well. Taste is a nice mix of bitter and slightly tart fruit, hints of berry, lemon notes going into a slight lactic acid, nice funk in the middle but a nice big lactic sourness, lemony tartness finishing fairly bitter and dry.
