Bottle, pours amber with medium white head. Aroma is grapes, some redcurrants, red berries, funk, some leather. Taste is like aroma with some oakyness. Nice sourness. Would have been better if the redcurrant was more prominent,

37.5cl bottle from HopDuvel. Orangee-cuivre, col bland leger beige.

37.5cl bottle at CPK, London. It pours a nice reddish colour with a pinkish head. Aroma is sour berries, lemon, peachy, pink grapefruit, tartness and brett. Taste is lemon, redcurrants really shines through, pink grapefruit, tartness, brett champagne/whitewine, light wood and maybe a hint of cherries. Overall, one of the most dry Mikkeller Spontan series, but fruit really shines in this.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours an orange color with a white head. The aroma is full of grapes and red currants, as well as some biscuit malt. The flavor is fairly sour. I get some tart red currant and other dark fruit notes, with a light amount of biscuit malt and a light amount of vinegar. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. Very nice.

Sort of an amber colored beer with a small off-white head. A strong rubber aroma to begin with. Grass and oak along with grape and currant aromas. A moderate tartness, mostly lactic acidity. The flavor is sort of mediocre. Lightly tart with heavy fruit flavors of currant and grape. Some of the same rubber and plastic notes that were present on the nose. Not as good as most of the others.
