3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled. A red beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, brettanomyces, red currant, and wood. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, wood, vinegar, red currant, and a bit of malt, leading to a very tart and mouthpuckering finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Clear copper red. Pungent cobweb and barnyard aroma. Medium bodied with concentrated lemon juice. Red currants are distantly percieved, so the main attraction here is the rich lambic character. Citric and full flavoured.

Clear orange - amber beer. Pretty little pale peach coloured head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Sour! About as sour as I can tolerate and still drink without great effort. White grape, white wine vinegar and a little peach. Dry finish with a little lemon.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, 375ml corked. It pours a more or less clear body, orange-golden in color and with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Not much color to extract from the redcurrant it seems. Lightly oaked on the nose, with berries and a funkyness. Dry, sourish and full-bodied with a tad more carbonation than I would like. Lasting funky, lemony berry finish. Well, far from bad. 110820
