Sample at mikkeller friends, poured deep Ruby red with a slight white head. Nose of soft grains, citrus, funk, oak, cellar, barnyard, cranberries, red currants, taste is slight sour, delicate combination with the red currants, Which adds a Nice sweet twist to the beer. Enjoyable spontan version

Keg @ Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen. Murky red/amber, small short lasting white head, no lacing. Deep woody aroma, oak barrels, tart berries and vinegar. Tart and rich mouthfeel, medium carbonated. Really tart taste, red current is coming through in a great way, oak and grapes, mature vinous taste and green apples.

Bottle, #h-J16, 24/06/16, thanks bluus. Pours a slight reddish orange, not much of a head. Aroma is a lot of sour, slight caramel, some cherry, red berries, slight red currant. Taste is a lot of sour, some berries, mostly red, slight caramel. Cherry. The red currant is not strong here. Or you can detect the sour and acidity, but not the actual flavor, though considering the berry, that’s not surprising as most of the flavor comes from the acidity.

Bottle shared thanks to Maakun. Hazy orange brown with a small off white head. Aroma is funky, in a vomit kind of way, but lightly, not bad. Cheesy, tart dark fruit and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and over moderate sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
