375 ml bottle from czar, thanks buddy. Pours a veiled yellowish with a short lived white head. Aroma is funky, white grape, tart. Flavor is grape, dry, white wine. Finish is very tart, oldish, sour, extremely dry! Lingering sour and fruit. Light to medium body, low to average carbonation.

Bottle bought @ The Mikkeller Webshop. Pours hazy golden with a rather small frothy and fizzy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity and funky with wheat crackers, yuzu juice, white grapes, may, minerals, soil, barnyard, leather, horse-blanket and hints of diesel and rubber. Taste is sour, slightly fruity and tiny funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, lemon zest, hay, minerals, white grapes, barnyard, leather, apple cider vinegar, horse-blanket and subtle hints of rubber. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart, slightly mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour, slightly fruity and tiny funky with wheat crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, hay, minerals, white grapes, moist wood, barnyard, leather and lemon zest. Solid refreshing fruit lambic but lacks complexity to reach all the way.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty beige color lambic with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of funky notes with light barnyard notes offset by lightly sweet grapes notes. Taste is also dominated by lightly sweet grape notes with some oak and some funky barnyard notes. Acidity level is minimal and well balanced against the tart notes of the base beer. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. I really like the mix between the tart notes of the lambic and the sweeter notes from the Riesling.

24/V/14 - 37.5cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ Procrastinated Spontan Gent Tasting - BB: 20/III/21 (2014-542) Thanks to Erwin for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow beer, creamy small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: dry, woodish, soapy, quite some chlorine, bit funky, sourish, lemon and lime. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sourish, lemony, lemon sorbet, lime, bitter touch.

Bottle. Pours a hazy blond with thin white head. Aroma is rather discrete with some barnyard funk and white wine. Taste is highly acidic, a little too much for the weak flavor profile in my opinion, and the palate is light and very dry. Some wood and white grapes skin. This is pretty much the worst of the spontan serie so far as I found it rather harsh and bitter while I would have prefered more grapes sweetness. Still a decent attempt.
