37.5 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma and flavour is brett, citrus, and ok – with a tart and dry finish.

375 ml bottle.
Pours a hazy dark orange colour with a small white head. Aroma of tart berries, plenty of funk and some herbs. Flavour is very strong, acidic and citrusy with sweet red apples, wood and rather strong pink grapefruit. Seabuckthorn isn’t there as strong as I was hoping for and I wouldn’t probably recognize it as such in a blind tasting. Medium bodied, dry mouthfeel and lively carbonation. Finishes lingering dry, citrusy and very sharp on tartness. Very nice.

JorisPPattyn (7930) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 18, 2013
Fully hazy, very lively carbonated orange-ochre beer, topped by a small off-white head, reasonably stable. Sourish, floral nose, wild fruit and a strange, musk-like aroma, if faint, but seemingly more animal than vegetal, faint horseblanket. Very wry, sour flavour with a mineral tang. Dry flour, mixed in lemonjuice. Bonedry with dry-out effect; long lasting flavours, acidburn. Not for the fainthearted. But the real aficionados for sour fruitlambics ought to love this.

Draught at Mikkeller&Friends, Copenhagen. Murky grey/golden beer with a small offwhite head. Funky tart aroma, sea buckthorn, apples, rubber, grapefruit, some oranges. Citrus and grapefruit flavor, brett notes, tart, sour, sea buckthorn, grassy, apples, hay, some floral notes. Quite nice.

Smakprov från flaska drucken på Brekeriet bar. Smak och doft av havtorn, äpple med toner av vått gräs och ladugård. Frisk, syrlig och med en lagom sötma.

A hazy almost orange beer with a light white head. The aroma is tart fruity with some hints of brett. The natural taste of seabuckthorn makes this beer very tart. Also a bit acidic with hints of lemon.

Smakprov från flaska drucket på Brekeriet bar. Friskt syrlig, brett, havtorn, en lite oljig beska jag hittat hos några i serien finns också här och stör lite. Annars trevlig.
