The nose is light strawberry jam, turning yoghurt and sweet brioche. Sugared plums. The taste is light jammy strawberry, buoyant sugars. Only hints of phenolic (?) acid action. Medium body, very refreshing and suprisingly drinkable. One of the better ones in the series.

Bottle from Craft Brixton. Pours deep orange, loads of bubbles, big white head. Oh dear, nose is very heavy rubber/new sneakers symthetic smell. Been looking forward to this for a week, so gutted it’s not right. Some nice sourness in there but the rubber smell goes right through to the taste. It’s pungent. Not nice. Shame as otherwise would have been a high rate.

Dark honey pour with a white head that diminished to a wisp and a ring. Tons of funk, barnyard, lemon zest, and unripened berry in the flavor. Horse blanket, tart orange peel, strawberry, earthiness, Brett, musty/dusty and fruity. Medium mouthfeel. Not bad but not world-class.

Orange, fruktigt nam nam, nu vet jag att den borde ha inslag av jordgubb och då är det lättare att hitta doften och smaken. Så, inslag av jordgubb. Riktigt fin spontanjäst öl, tack bartender @ Mogwai för det personliga tipset. Annars en väldig syrlighet och beska i smaken.

Cloudy orange color with thick white head. Yeasty aroma of champagne. Lip smacking tart palate reminiscent of a gueze with musty oaky flavor of cork. ONly picking up a faint amount of strawberry but can definitely pick up the wine barrels.

Bottle from TWM Sterling - pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is funky barnyard with some strawberry wheaty, winey thing going. Taste is medium sour with a bitter dry finish, the strawberry gives it a watery thing as well, which is weird. It’s solid, but not my favorite lambic.

Bottle from Total Wine Sterling. Pours brown with an inch of white foam that leaves no lacing. Nice strawberry notes n the nose. Lots of red wine notes on the tongue with a bit of tartness on the finish. Solid but not spectacular.

Bottle. A peach colored body topped by a small off white head. Nose is skunky, rubbery plastic with some funky with edges of distilled strawberry that gets more appealing as it warms. Taste lightly sweet and medium sourness. Flavor is distilled strawberry with the band aid, funk, sourness and a hint of woody vanilla being more prevalent. Some bitterness in the finish that comes on late. A little sticky but dry. Very interesting but I’m not a fan of strong band-aid and plastic notes.

Hazy orange small white head. Aroma: perfumy, strawberries, wild strawberries, slightly funky, light hay, some barnyard, something in aroma disturbs my nose though....can’t put my finger on it. Taste: Lots of wild strawberries, medium to light sourness, slightly funky. Pretty nice!

Pours a cloudy orange with a white head. Aromas of paint, hairspray, and a whole fuckload of FUNK.
First sip is: Holy Hell this thing is funky. Like 1970’s funk with the brass section and all that. I’m talking Hanssens level of funk here. Sweet baby Jesus, this is a straight outta Compton funk train. Not getting as much bandaid as previous reviews had stated, this seems like a straight up well crafted lambic to me.
This beer is fucking great. Is there anything Mikkeller does that turns out bad?

Poured from a 375ml bottle, thanks to the Boise crew. Notes of strawberry, sweaty, dusty, citrus. Was not very enjoyable, a but of a mess.
