Aroma of citrus, floral and pine hops. Flavor has citrus, with a light grapefruit-like bitterness in the finish. Taste is also balanced with a light malt flavor, and the beer has a refreshing finish. Very solid beer overall. Beer2000 (1785), Kristiansand, Norway

Aroma is citrus and some caramel. Flavor is citrus fruity, bitter and sweet caramel malt. A nice IPA and even if it is quite bitter I think this is one of the few Mikkeller beers that could have even a little more hops. Still very nice and refreshing. mkobes (2104), paramus, New Jersey, USA

| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Dec 20, 2008 50cl bottle from Barley Wine. It poured an orange colour with a huge white creamy head that settled down slowly in the glass. The aroma is very hoppy with notes of oranges, and a few hints of citrus fruits. The flavour is slightly bitter and tastes of hops and pine. It has a long, lingering aftertaste.
