| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 1, 2007 A sensational looking beer, cloudy amber with a big pillowy head that left a delicate lacing. Super strength floral hop aroma with pine and a bit of citrus. Alcohol is a bit obvious in the aroma, along with a caramelly malt base. A nice even bitterness in the flavour which is quite lasting. Actually, it lingers for a bloody long time at the back of the tongue. While in the mouth it’s quite nice, but the bitterness really sticks out like dogs balls after swallowing. A decent IPA, but a touch over the top (thanks to highlandlad for sharing) Brix (371), Denmark

Fresh aroma of grape fruit - bitter. Hoppy taste. Very nice body. Very balanced for an IPA. plovmand (1617), Helsinge, Denmark

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 25, 2007 (Bottled) Opaque dark orange-amber with a small, bubbly head. Very perfumy, rosemary-lavendery aroma with lots of aromatic-flowery hops. Sweetish-malty, quite bitter, but mostly aromatic-perfumy-hoppy flavor with some grassiness, too. Yeast smoothens the flavor, but it remains interesting. Medium to full-bodied, smooth-creamy and quite low-carbonated palate. A very balanced and enjoyable IPA. Pretty much like Nogne O IPA, but smoother. Crosling (1854), Loveland, Colorado, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 15, 2007 Acuired via my first international trade-Thanks Maria-A Dark Lord is coming! Pour was a dark orange/light brown with no head. Aroma was floral/citrus hops. Taste was non-carbonated-don’t think this beer should be like this. Taste was floral and earthy hops with some malt in the background. Nice and bitter aftertaste but could use some carbonation. CaptainCougar (5431), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 11, 2007 Sampled on 7/15/06 at the RBSG ’06 Grand Tasting courtesy of Ungstrup: Pours a hazy copper bronze with a thin, wispy off-white head. Nice, fresh sweet caramel malt and big piny grapefruity hop aroma. Body starts with a sweet, gritty caramel maltiness and good fresh hoppy balance toward a drier bittersweet finish. A nice IPA.
