Colour is hazy orange/cobber. Off-white head. The aroma is of citrussy hops with a rasiny,nutty and vanilla notes. The taste is earthy with lots of hops that has a grassy character to them. The Cascade and Chinook clearly stands out. Has a lonhg aftertaste that mellows. Has a dry finish with a bit of hop burn. Taste is fruity, poeachy, bitter and again floural in the finish. I think id stirred the yeast up too much with this one.
