A love of American microbrews is the inspiration behind this IPA, brewed with generous amounts of aromatic, American hops, which provide the significant freshness and bitterness with lots of citrus notes. The taste sensations are nicely balanced by the sweetness from the caramel malt.
Ingredients : Water, malt (pilsner, munich and caramunich), flaked oats, hops (chinook, cascade and amarillo) and ale yeast.

Upon the pour from the 500ml bottle, it appears a slightly hazy amber with a two-fingered creamy white head that fades leaving a complete blanket of lace upon the glass. Nose has a delicious hop floral aroma, followed quickly by the sweet malt, crisp and clean, mouthwatering. Start has a delectable malt presence, hop bitter at the back, somewhat sweet with the top moderate in feel. Finish has a persistent acidity, the hops powerful and spicy, aftertaste is bone dry and the hops stick to the palate, quite a refreshing beer.

Can at Frog Fest, 29/05/16. Golden to copper with a decent off White head. Nose is caramel, bitter orange, straw, toasted bread, melon. Taste comprises caramel malt, orange peel, red grapefruit, candyfloss, bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Ok IPA if a little old skool and malt forward for my liking.

Barwa bursztynowa, lekko zamglona.

Pours a slight hazy dark amber with a large frothy head. Aroma is lacking a little. Has citrus and malty notes but was expecting them to be a bit more pronounced. Flavour has a lovely caramel and malt to it. Finishes on a nice bitter note. Solid beer.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2016 Pours a beautiful dark amber with a big fluffy head. The aroma is caramel, some citrus but this cleaning alcohol aroma that over powers a bit. It?s present in the flavour too. Not too overpowering but takes away from the caramel and citrus. Shame. Can?t see anyone else noticing it so hopefully just a bad can. Got really good as it warmed up, the sweet caramel really took over.
