Very hazy brown beer, big pale tan-cream coloured head. Nose of slightly oxidised caramel malt. Palate is comparatively light and crisp. Rich malt with a little caramel. Nice Port Wine red and black fruits. Dried fruits and a touch of brandy. Finishes semi dry. A rich and heady brew, this has aged well.
