Draft. A hazy dark amber beer iwth a huge lazign light tan head. The aroma has notes of vinegar, cherries, and malt. The flavor is very sour with notes of vinegar, malt, caramel, wood, and terpentine, leading to a dry vinegar finish.

Draught@Mikkeller Bar. Hazy deep orangeish amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sour wood, spices, yeast and some quite nettlelike notes. Flavour is sour wood, spices, mild alcohol, tart fruits as well as some quite nice sour/acidic notes. Yet very mellow and drinkable. One of the top beers during my Copenhagen stay.

5th May 2010. Mikkeller Bar. Copenhagen. Cloudy brown beer. A tiny little head. Sour! A bit of lemon acid creeping in but offset bu some sweet vinegar! Some caramel as well! Not bad for a sour.

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, opening night
Hazy red-amber color. Nice sour aroma, Bretts, some acetone, light glue. Very strange flavor, at the same time sour and creamy; it reminds me very creamy and milky cheese(s) from Lombardy. Strange but nice.

Dark copper beer witha big and lasting off-white head. Aroma of brett, lacto, oak, caramel and fruit. Dry and tast flavour with paint thinner and vinegar dominating the more refined fruit and spices.

Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Cph.
Pours a lovely, clear, deep red with a really nice, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is pleasant, kriek, apples, light maltiness and some sweetness. Sadly there is some menthol notes that detracts. High carbonation, light and elegant mouthfeel. Lovely flavour, tart, malty, red apples, barnyard, still some menthol. Long, lingering malty finish with light sweetness. Very good with some lactic and bretty dryness.
