4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Labeled Dream Pils. Pours hazy orange gold with a four finger creamy white head. Aroma seems very resinous. Near med body. Flavor is very resinous - almost coating the mouth with resin. There’s a little floral and fresh non-citrus fruit, and maybe a little citrus, but I think it’s mostly resin. Wowser. This has gotta wake ya up.

Nice colour golden amber with a nice head. Sells great!! Big hop aroma, deep and rich, smells like the PNW. Very citrus with lots of grapefruit flavour.
Bitter and dry with a very cool finish and a smooth mouth feel and strong carbonation. This beer kicks ass.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Clear deep golden to orange pour, thick foamy white head. Aroma of fruity hops, floral and with some citrus. Very likable. Flavor is slightly bitter, nicely hopped and still very smooth. Great session brew.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Juicy hoppy citric aroma with lighter floral and pine notes. The flavor has citric hops, pale malts, and some lighter spicy and cat pissy notes. Good stuff, and very drinkable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle. Looks good enough to turn me into a premium lager drinker. Good fluffy head and bright golden amber colour. Aroma is a bit fruity and some malt. Good strong body for a premium lager but you would expect nothing else from Mikkeller.

On tap at Tilt, Oslo. Cloudy orange look and frothy tan head. Strong aroma of pomelo and grape fruit, some sweet hints too. Refreshing, medium bitterness in the taste. Medium body, oily feel, average carbonation, medium light bitter finish. Good.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottle-pours darker orange with a foamy off-white head that lasted for quite sometime. nose is spicy, lightly floral with alot of american hop character (pine, lite resin) flavors are really awesome-lots of cookie like malt character with sweetness as well as a punch of huge piney hops on the finish-lots of resin and pine-very dry gin like quality here. this beer is awesome. This beer is truely unique and i have never had a premium lager like this. leave it to Mikkeller to do something so bold and radical to this crappy style. I wish this beer was less expensive and easier to get because i would drink this on a regular basis!

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle at home, the day after it arrived in stores locally. Pours a hazy golden orange, with a 1-finger thick white head, and a surprisingly nice lacing, if a bit ropey. Nose is gorgeous citrus hops, nectarines, grapefruit, pineapple, loads of tropical fruit, nice pine, but not overwhelming, soft and peachy in the middle of the nose, almost sweet-smelling. Flavours of Nippy citrus and pine, broad clean palate, with plenty of round hop notes, almost tickles in the finish, with little hop spiciness clusters all over my tongue. Incredible stuff, at 4.6%, I think I’ll have another one... or six.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Blind Tiger in NYC. Pours a light shade of copper with a beige head. Smells and tastes like a DIPA. Loaded with hops. I only detected the pils malt on the finish. Hard to believe this is a lager. Nice!
