Bottle. Orange in colour, slightly hazy. Aroma is packed with hops - pine and citrus all backed with malt and some caramel and just a hint of alcohol in the back. In taste the beer is malty sweet, hoppy flavours mix together and on the finish we have some alcohol. Alcohol is not massive but could be better hidden. Strong bitterness, tohugh the beer is massive on the palate it’s quite dry. Soft carbonation and oily texture completes the really great "barley-rice" wine. Very nice stuff!

Barley wine? Vraiment?

Bottle shared at CBC Clerkenwell. Picked it up a long time ago. Hazy orange, small white head. Aroma is orange, pine, flowers. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is pine, rosewater, flowery, dry, some alcohol showing up, light grassy bitterness. Pretty good. Similar to Boogoop really.
