Shared 330 ml bottle at Cardinal. Hazy golden body with a dense white head. Fresh fruity nose, wonderful aroma hop profile. Acidic, grapefruit juice mouth feel. Dry tongue. Medium body.

Fin doft, men smaken är verkligen inte mycket att hänga i julgranen. Alldeles för söt.

330 ml bottle, ABV is 5.0%. A very limited number of bottles will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy deep golden to orange colour, moderate white head. Lovely and intense aroma of mango and passion fruit, also some piney hops. The flavour is drier than expected, but also distinctly fruity - mango and passion fruit again, quite natural as they are actual ingredients in this beer. Probably also some hops with "tropical fruits" aromas and flavours, but the bitterness is very moderate. The mouthfeel is thin, and the finish a bit "empty". I love hops that impart a "mango and passion fruit" aroma and flavour to the beer, but this is one one of the few beers where these fruits have been added to the brew. A nice experiment, but I’d like some more sweetness and a more bitter finish here.

Bottle. Hazy brownish orange with a fluffy white head. Sweet candy, fruit, and sugar aroma. Silky full bodied palate. The passion fruit and mango come through up front and linger on the back end with malty toffee flavors in the middle. Finishes fairly clean and light, which is a nice counter point to the fullness of the body. It’s an understated but graceful beer. Well done.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is mostly citrus hops with some caramel malts and a hint of some alcohol. Flavor is hoppy with some citrus and pine. Some sweetness from the caramel malts and some fruit flavor from the mango and passion fruit, Slight alcohol flavor on the finish.

Pours a deep golden body with a nice, creamy white head. Nose is full with mango, melons and other tropical fruits, also some citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter at first but has an abundance of tropical fruityness also. Light to medium-light body with medium carbonation

Very cloudy dark orange. Hints of amber 1 finger yellow head Passion fruit all of the way. A bit wheaty Light body but has this bitter and malty backbone which is a bit annoying. Nice fruity but almost cough syrup taste Light body and very drinkable. Just harsh

Beautifully pungent citrus hops dance across the nose. Grapefruit on the tongue. Hoppy with lower bitterness, and dark orange in color. An unusual but superb IPA!
