0,33L bottle, 5,0%. Herbal, grassy aroma. Sour apple wine flavor. Little perry and light mango somewhere middle. End is sour and light bitter. Maybe chemical lemon syrup on end.

Bottle at home (5%). Pours a golden amber colour with an off-white medium head. Sweet and fruity aroma with tropical fruit, apricot, fruity hops, pine and some lemon. Balanced. Surprisingly a light version of the same, and feels slightly sour and weirdly bitter in the aftertaste like bitter fruit peel. Has a light and slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. Great at first but ends strange and unbalanced.

Bottle shared at Dave’s tasting. Pours a hazy orange with a large off-white head. Very pleasant aroma of grapefruit and other citrus along with some floral notes. The flavor is malt followed by some grapefruit and grapefruit bitterness. Not as much citrus as the aroma suggests. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. Solid.

Excepcional American Pale Ale com lupulagem marcante, presença floral, herbácea e com sabores de frutas variadas, com álcool muito bem inserido, nada extrema.

On tap at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Pours a hazed burnt orange colored body with a finger-width, dense and creamy, beige head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is really nice. Lots of fresh, sweet and piney grapefruits with some resiny pineapples, tropical fruits, florals, and a medium sweet caramel malt backing with a slight bready malt. Flavor is bitter pines with a sharper citrus element. Some tropical fruits and pineapple resins, a few florals, and a bready caramel malt backing. Finishes fruity, dry, and fairly bitter with an astringent, catty hop note. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium body and somewhat active, moderate carbonation. Overall, I really liked the aroma on this and the flavor was similar, but it was a bit too catty and astringent to put it over the top. A bit more of a balance could have made this great. Not bad though.

On tap @ Beer Temple (5% ABV according to the blackboard). Orange/amber color, slightly hazy. Off white, uneven head. Aroma’s: sour & sweet fruit, citrus, pine/resin. Retronasal more earthy hoppiness. Flavor is medium bitter with sour fruit. Light bodied. Finishes dry and bitter, a bit earthy. The combination of fruit with this APA works surprisingly well imo.

Pours an orange color with a big semi loose head and lots of lacing on the glass.

The aroma is big and fruity and hoppy, simple & straightforward but inviting and very pleasant with light floral notes.

This presents a good balance of straight up fruit flavor and nice fruity hops, the bitterness level is moderate and the beer is largely dry with a light spicy alcohol character. Trace amounts of toasty malt character is nice and adds to a little bit of the complexity of the beer.

By all means a delicious and wonderful beer. I seem to have gotten a pretty fresh bottle, awesome.
