330 ml. bottle. Odd label. Lovely deep orange/amber colour with a small white head. Light sweet aroma with floral hops, exotic fruits and slender caramel malts. Light to medium body with a creamy texture. Average carbonation with a long lasting, bitter finish with floral hops and exotic fruits. Pretty nice beer.

Muted grapefruit on the aroma. Some earthiness as well. Hazy deep orange with full white head that layers an inch and lingers. Nice lacing. Chewy yeast on the front palate collapses into a thinnish finish. The fruit is present but more of a dusty earth that is hard to place. Malt not supporting here.

Bottle. Pours apricot orange with white head. Nose of passionfruit, mango, citrus, malt and yeast. Taste is the same. Very dry woody almost cedar-like finish. Medium body.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2012 750 mL bottle. Poured a murky amber-orange, with a big off-white head. Great lacing and smells of mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, and light caramel. Taste is sweet tropical fruit upfront, smooth and balanced in the middle, with a moderate bitter finish. Thin mouthfeel and high carbonation. Pretty tasty pale ale, bitter, yet refreshing.

Keg @ CPK. Amber orange body with a big white head. Light tropical fruit nose, some mango fruit salad, light spun sugar. The taste is mandarin orange, hints of light sweet syrup. Tangy acidic finish. Light body, smooth and easy to drink. Good.

The label reminds me of Silence Of The Lambs. The beer is a hazy orange color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of citrus and tropical fruit as well as hops. Light to medium body with a sweet fruity character and notes of mild hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a hops and apricot aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle from barley wine cph. Pours amber and IPA-like. Lots of sweet passionfruit and mango on the nose. Still rather dry, very fruithy and refreshing, lots of passionfruit and mango and grassy and yet limelike bitterness with a little odd aftertaste.

Draft sample. Poured a hazy amber color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate fruit, yeast and malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good soft beer.

On tap at Farmhouse Tap & Grill (Burlington). Appearance: Hazy orange with a small white/orange head. Aroma: Hops, lemon, grapefruit. Taste: Lemon, grape fruit and slight bitterness. Medium-long duration of the aftertaste. Dry the palate. Overall: Refreshing and tasty.

Bottle to snifter. Looks decent; darker and more opaque than I expected though, given the bottle description. Smells intense too; the hops subdue the fruit. Tastes like an IPA. Which would be great if I wanted... an IPA. Mouthfeeel is average (at best). Overall, a bitter disappointment. *Note: while I did not adjust the scoring (in part, because I had already been drinking), I thought the draft to bomber (same day filled) was MUCH better.
