3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Preparation: Chilled 20 minutes from room temperature. 1pint 9oz bottle served into a Shaker glass.
Aroma has notes of citrus and caramel
Appearance: Light orange coloring towards the bottom and darker almost brown coloring at the top
Taste is lightly sweet initially and lightly sour/lightly bitter as it hits the bitter sensing back part of the tongue. aftertaste is lightly salty and bitter a unique aftertaste for sure.
Palate: uniqueness comes from the aftertaste in my opinion, a strange but not undesirable aftertaste with a nice finish.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark amber body and grey head. Forestry, resin, floral, pot-pourri, tea. Certain acidity elaborating on the light sweaty base amber malts. Very nice mouth feel, light fizzy on the tongue but never annoying. More interesting than expected, pleasant drinkable refreshing beer. (33cl bottle brought from Uppsala by Bertanne, thanks!)

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from the Coffee District. Pours a muddy light orange with a thick white head. Some lacing. Aroma of orange, passionfruit and mangos. The taste was less inpressive with a hint of the fruits but more bread and yeasts. Very carbonated. Wonder if I had a weird batch or it didn’t age well. Kind of boring for a Mikkeller product.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
750ml bottle from Proof bottle shop. Orange-brown pour with a big pillowy tannish head. Aroma is herbal, pine, grapefruit, wet grass. Tastes are the tropical fruits, mango, passionfruit, orange, yeast, caramel malt, woody. Acidic and even a little sour. Somewhat dry in the finish. I think this just suits my tastes - has a nice yeast and fruit twang to it that’s hard to explain. Enjoyed it.
