Foggy copper with pillowy white head. Aroma is passionfruit + citrus hops. Taste is bright and tremendously fruity - passion fruit, mango, citrus, with a solid backbone. Lingering fruit. Tartness, sweetness, and bitterness in tight balance. Gets the beer/fruit balance just about right as can be.

Light amber color. Very well defined dry hopped, apricot and oranges. Very light body, a touch sour, little backbone. Very hoppy dry finish. The sourness in the mouth was not So appealing, but overall a really great beer.

Bottle from Asahiya. Big fruit and citrusy hop nose. Hazy medium straw color, thn head. Hops and some vague tangy fruit dominate the initial; bitterness intensifies and fruit becomes more noticeable; finish drags some of the fruitness across the tongue. Thin-mdeium body. Can’t really distinguish the exact nature of the fruit (label says mango and passionfruit). Malt bill seems quite light. Nice experiment.

330mL bottle to pint glass Aroma of treacle, mango, papaya, resin, light alcohol. Muddy amber with a thin frothy off white head. Taste is sour throughout with a bitter and sour finish. It’s medium bodied and slick with a puckering sour finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours hazy amber in color with a whitish head. Pine, fresh forrest and some tropical fruits as peaches in aroma. Nice so far. Sweet in taste, some bitterness too, more mild in this case i.e. Some tropical fruityness mostly. Nice taste, could have been a bit more fuller in taste, but considering the abv it’s still a pretty nice brew, a bit maltier backbone and this would have been awesome. Pleasant hoppy grassy and sweet tropical fruity finish.

UPDATED: APR 26, 2013 Wow, an amazing pale ale brewed with unusual fruit! Poured at a good temperature with a colossal, cream-colored, foamy, frothy, thick head that slowly settles and some lace. Color is a not quite clear, dark amber with loads of bubble trails. Aroma is a very fragrant hop, fruit, grass, malt, caramel. Flavor’s like nose, carbonic tang and passion fruit up front, with hop, mango, some sweet and bitter after. Body is great; ditto carbonation. Finish is like flavor, fairly long, great burps, and I sure wish I had more than this one bottle. Superior pale ale!

Tasted on tap @Ale&hop, Barcelona, on 17/07/2012. Aroma&taste were just an explosion of fruit notes, mango, lichee, tangerine, sweet apples and many more. Recommended++ ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle (33cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Slightly hazy, amber colour. Inch-thick offwhite head that clings nicely to the glass and leaves a thick bubbly layer. Aroma of hops, oranges, passion fruit, caramel, sweat. Medium/light body, average/soft carbonation. Tastewise quite a lot is going on - starts off with a fascinating combination of bitter-sweet and sour/tart, finishes on a drier, slightly papery note.

On tap. Pours a bright golden orange with smallish white head. Citrus / fruity aromas. Decent bitter finish. Good beer.
