0, 375L bottle shared at home with friends. Appearance: Pours a slight hazy golden colour with thin white head that does not last long. Aroma: Decent aroma of peach citrus peel, tangerine, sour white grape, plum and some hawthorn (!). Notes of brett and oak with some earthy and yeasty aromas as well. Taste: Very similar to the aroma, with some sour grape tartness and woody notes. Palate: Thin to medium body with medium carbonation. Tart white grape, plum and mild bitter citrus peel aftertaste. Dry, soft and long-lasting finish with some funkiness. Overall: Fascinating beer. The perfect combination of dry hopping and sour lambic. Not as strong as its Belgian cousins, but the dry-hopping process of those new-world hops has allowed it to stand out among all lambics.

37,5 cl Bottle kindly shared by Maakun at the beach. Slight hazy golden with short lasting white head. Hay, grapes, berries, citrus fruity, funk, cheese, mineral-like. Mild sour and sweaty funk and minerallike saltiness. Medium body, soft carbonation and minerallike texture. Rich aroma, quite nice!

Bottle shared. Slight hazy golden with short lasting white head. Cheese, sour grains, dank hops, quite some citrus, tangerine and lemon mostly. Quite mineral and lots of drying grass, funk, some leather and horse. Under medium sour and bitter. Almost medium bodied with soft carbonation. Quite hoppy but not overpowering at all, well done.

Bottle. Pours a deep orange amber, very thin off white head. Aroma is citrus, candied fruits, oak, wood, pine, skunky earth, basement funk. Flavor is earth, musty citrus, oak, sour cherries, lemon. Medium body, pretty oaky and funky with a sour fruit vibe.

Pretty hoppy lambic. Let’s push the envelope a bit. Piney and resin with earthy tones and mild fruitiness. Not really sweet but with a dry finish. Pretty and clear.

Flaska bishops Örebro. Disig gul kulör. Mycket blommig humledoft av citron, barr, hö, ananas och passionsfrukt. Fruktig smak med träig känsla. Viss sötma och lite torr munkänsla.

375 ml bottle at home. Pours goldenyellow with a thin adhesive white head. Based on aroma, hesitant to call this a geuze, has the typical Proef maltinessand lacks complex bretty aromas. In return, this makes one think of a sour Westcoast IPA. Peach and tangerine peel, tartness of bretts in a bag, but no complexity, hashtag notalambic. Medium body, low on carbo, some gentle sour, too rounded off. Taste is citrus zeste, grassy bitterness, lactic acid and citrus zeste.

backlog. bottle. Clear golden with a small head. Funky sour aroma, somewhat earthy with sour grapes. Vinous and lemony, long sour acidic finish. Underrated

Sample, clear deep golden to Amber colour with a white head. Nose of fresh tart fruits, lots of citrus, lemon zest, green apples and sweet white grapes. Notice of oak, taste is quite tart with a slight acetone grape notice. Slight stone fruit notice, refreshing slight bitter finish. Nice
