375ml bottle pours a hazy golden orange color with a finger and a half of white head that settles to leave some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is lemon with some grains and yeast. Taste is a lemon tartness with a fruity and malty sweetness finishing very dry with some yeasty notes. Light to medium bodied with some generous carbonation. A nicely crafted lambic ale that is worth checking out.

Aroma of sour lemon, more fruits, a little brett funk. Flavour is fruity sourness. Quite a nice Geuze.

Lovely sharp, aggressive gueuze flavour, but also somehow quite well balanced. Very tasty .

Bottle pour into a Glencairn taster glass. Pours a gold color with a white head of foam. The aroma has musty apple skins, pears, tart jolly ranchers. Lightly tart taste and a little musty. Light to medium body. Medium carbonation.

Bottle: Very light haze, honey color, hint of a head and lace. Very lifted, with over ripe or rotting orange rind. Funky. Brett and lactic. Oxidised or and juice. Dry, sour and medium high bitterness. Godd weight and length. The flavor profile is extreme, full of personality but not really clean even though it isnt spoilt. Not quenching.

25 cl draft pour at Mikkeller Bar SF. Hazy golden orange/yellow with off-white head. Aromas of vinegar, wine, floral hops, light oak. Tastes of vinegar, wine, citrus, floral notes, sour and tart fruit, white grapes, light tropical fruit. Medium body with a dry and tart finish. Fantastic.

murky gold, oily cap with large bubbled white ring. Light bile and moderate rubber taint the heavy stable nose. Bile and metallic rind front with high acidity mid, acetic and citric with moderate burn. dusty hay clings to the mouth with strong white grapefruit and apricot through the rindy, heavy plastic finish, soft wheat lingering. Carbonation on point for profile but palate too oily, cut the plastic notes.

Bottle @ benzai. Hazy yellow to orange colour with a medium to full sized white head. Smells brett, horseblanket, hops, fresh, slightly dusty, apricot, nice. Tastes slightly sour, brett, hops, fruity, nice. Medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Hazy yellow orange color, average sized off-white head. Aroma is a bit sourish with some fruityness. Taste is quite nice: brett, a hint of sourness, pretty dry. Like it, good balance, not too exclusive, but I like it nonetheless.
