3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
At a tasting, thanks, slightly hazy lightish orange color, aroma of fruit, vinegar, sewer and woody hints, fruity flavor with a lemony sourness, pleasant light candy sweetness. Would have loved this as my house beer, easy and great fun to drink.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle. Copper pour, very small head. Tardy aroma of horseblanket, acidic fruit and indeed some hops, nice. Taste has sourness, brett, grapefruit, horseblanket, citrus, white grape, light smooth caramel and some vinous warmth in the finish. Great lambic, the hops work really well.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Served in a Duvel glass:
Medium sized white head. Hazy orange colored beer.
The aroma and flavour have both a dominating wood/wgite wood/fresh oakt tone. Some other tints are fruit, dust, asperagus, herbs, manure, yeast, cabbage and and funk.
Flavour is positive funk and some dusty fruit and cheese with a light tart tone.
Aftertaste is quite the same but a bit mor drier.
Low carbo, funky creamy mouthfeel, more than medium bodied.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy pale gold with a short-lived finger of white champagne-like head diminishing rapidly to nothing, no lacing. (3/5) Nose is funky horse blanket, tart citrus, pineapple, woody and herbal. (9/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate tart, very mild bitter. (9/10) Light bodied, prickly carbonation, clean finish. (4/5)
Very little hop character, but that’s not a negative for this style as far as I’m concerned. Tart and funky, with a crisp highly carbonated texture. A pleasant gueuze, if not particularly complex. I’d drink this any time it was offered. (16/20)

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy yellow with a tiny white hint of a head. Aroma is funky. Pretty vinegar like. Taste is likewise. Pretty intense. Citrusy line fruit flavors, not sure if that’s from the sour or the hops. It’s all kind of mashed together. Very sharp and fresh. notice some floral on the third sip. Really light and bubbly mouth. The hop bitterness lingers at the end.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
(375ml bottle @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Mar 21 2015) Pours hazy medium gold with a small white head. Aroma blue cheese funk, dry hay, wood, a bit of citrus zest blend. Palate has lightly sour lemony acidity, a bunch of Bretty funk, orange juice hints, really woody oak notes, grassy and slightly herbal; maybe a bit of spruce character. Aftertaste is really dry and woody with hop bitterness. Light body with average carbonation. I expected more hop character than this, I guess the bottle was not as fresh as it could be. Very dry and cheesy lambic with hop accents. Not bad, not world class either, fresher hops might’ve kicked it up a notch.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On bottle from Vinmonopolet Vika, 2014 october release. Clear golden color, some foam. High aroma intensity; stable, high yeast influence, autumn leaves. Medium body & complexity. High sourness , some bitterness- balances good. Very enjoyable- but where are all the hops?
