Tap. Pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is acidic, cellar, grapefruit, orange peel and light farm house like. The flavor is citrus, bitter, caramel, sour fruit and some sweetness. Nice balance v ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a deep orange amber, very thin off white head. Aroma is citrus, candied fruits, oak, wood, pine, skunky earth, basement funk. Flavor is earth, musty citrus, oak, sour cherries, lemon. Medium body, pretty oaky and funky with a sour fruit vibe.

Pretty hoppy lambic. Let’s push the envelope a bit. Piney and resin with earthy tones and mild fruitiness. Not really sweet but with a dry finish. Pretty and clear.

Pours a dark golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of sour funk, horseblanket, yeast, and dusty. Flavors of sour grapes, some woody notes, and some good funk.

Flaska bishops Örebro. Disig gul kulör. Mycket blommig humledoft av citron, barr, hö, ananas och passionsfrukt. Fruktig smak med träig känsla. Viss sötma och lite torr munkänsla.

375 ml bottle at home. Pours goldenyellow with a thin adhesive white head. Based on aroma, hesitant to call this a geuze, has the typical Proef maltinessand lacks complex bretty aromas. In return, this makes one think of a sour Westcoast IPA. Peach and tangerine peel, tartness of bretts in a bag, but no complexity, hashtag notalambic. Medium body, low on carbo, some gentle sour, too rounded off. Taste is citrus zeste, grassy bitterness, lactic acid and citrus zeste.

backlog. bottle. Clear golden with a small head. Funky sour aroma, somewhat earthy with sour grapes. Vinous and lemony, long sour acidic finish. Underrated

Sample, clear deep golden to Amber colour with a white head. Nose of fresh tart fruits, lots of citrus, lemon zest, green apples and sweet white grapes. Notice of oak, taste is quite tart with a slight acetone grape notice. Slight stone fruit notice, refreshing slight bitter finish. Nice

Bottle enjoyed at home
Copper, quite clear, white head. Smell of funk, malt, apples, sweet fruits, quite intense fruityness. Light to moderate sweet, tart, peach, moderate to medium sour, funky, some perfume. Moderate bitter. All in all quite nice stuff, but the dry hopping has faded a bit away

acidité maîtrisée. Pas mal citronnée ... La liste des houblons n’aurait pas été inscrite sur l’étiquette que je ne les aurais pas ressenti ...Efficacement rafraîchissante + arrière bouche sèche.

Clear golden body with small white ring of tiny bubbles. Very faint aroma of sour grapes with a bit of earthiness. Very tart flavor, almost lemonade sourness. Lemons and grapes with a touch of grass. Nice and refreshing.
