Tap at Bir&Fud in Rome (rated in May). Pours dark with a nice white foam layer. Aroma has some vinegar, fruit vinegar, sour. Taste is exciting, vinegar from one side, apple cider from the other side Aftertaste is rather fast. I may sound crazy but this is really good.

Tap. Pours clear ruby amber with very nice thick creamy off-white head. Aroma sour cherries, caramel, malt, some vinegar. Taste is medium sweet and slightly sour like a tart marmelade, but then super dry and winy sour finish. It’s a woody dryness, but at first it’s really smooth. Very interesting and just keeps your mouth working for a long time.
