Heller, stark gehopfter aber trockener Antrunk. Recht bitter, konstant bleibend. Die Hopfigkeit nimmt ab, trocken bleibend, etwas grasig. Unsüffig. 11/9/8/8/9/8

Hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma of grapes, peach and citrus. Weak hoppy flavour, moderate sourness, unimpressive. Maybe I just don’t appreciate the style, but not really my type of beer.

Pours golden color, slightly haze, with unstable white head. Visually medium carbonation. Yeasty aroma, with grape like character, with hints of hops, like grapefruit, lemon. Flavor is sligtly tart, bitter, with moderate low malt flavors, which takes on wheat, bread and with moderate medium hop flavors, which takes on fruits, with some floral notes. Finish is slightly bitter, dry tart. Body is medium, carbonation also, textrure is soft.

Bottle from Mikkeller & Friends, bought in August 2014. A bit hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma of mango, pineapple and some orange. Similar taste although not as much fruit. On the sweet side with a rather dry finish. Soft and refreshing.

4.5%ABV. Wild Ale. Tapped out a golden amber color. 14ºSRM. Nose has some very nice ripe fruit flavors, like sweet ripe peach. There are some nice bright citrus and pleasantly floral aromas like orange blosoms. The bottom of the cup has a clean wheat flour aroma leavened very nicely with some nice perfumed floral notes of rose sweetness but brightened by lemon and citrus peel. Light watery mouthfeel. There is a fruity freshness to the palate that has pale malt flavors of water biscuit, bread dough, the hops are aggressive and elbow their way right into the front of the palate screaming bitter and then gradually and almost grudgingly blooming into citrus fresh flavors of lime zest, Kaffir lime leaf, pine, and a slightly sappy resinous finish that is bitter and prolonged. A very refreshing brew with a character more like an IPL. Or an aggressively dry hopped pils. This would be a very good food companion. Yakitori, some kind of grilled meat. Goes on Favorites List!

Bottle from The Bottle Shop London and drunk on a train. Clear gold beer lasting white head. Very likeable Brett sour beer. Some good lemon. I rather liked it.
